Now I understand the issues with people coming in not paying, getting water suckling Wi-Fi and power going the bathroom. I truly understand. I've owned operated and managed resteraunts. There are usually more then one solution to a very direct problem. Whatever you choose can start a chain reaction. Good, bad, or whatever. GM, district Mngr, supervisors, dishwashers. Play a huge role. At thos Poit its not about sucess. Taco bell and many other chains ha e proven their particular business model just works. So is it just money where you have the floor mgmt or better yet the guy taking your order act like it is their store their napkins their pop. Having employees have pride in where they work you can't buy that. But when without questio. They take on the role of mngr. To shut someone down for using a table. So quickly to forget many years of loyal patronage. Mabye just a day last week. I a space not at maximum occupancy or even 3 guest. Get swooped or rather pounced on by tommy the new cashier. Who knows the gentleman just having a seat minding his buisness. Called out in front of other guest. And then look it as if we are to go e him a much deserved pat on the back. Knowing that he is backed by his or her higher ups. That I dont think is the right way. Now without me writing a novel. This store and many more I've noticed in this metropolitan arena of cut throat you didn't just put your blinker on. Lack not just customer service. (A whole different page ill save for the next tommy cashier. I need to seminars) but seriously people.

Read moreYet another woke business. Been going to this store since it opened years ago, service has always been great, good prepared correctly and quickly.
I walked in today and approached the young man behind the counter to be waited on. (7 people in the kitchen area) one young lady comes from behind the counter to "escort" men over to the order stations in the dinner room area. I tell her I do not get paid to create my order on a machine especially when there are more than enough people behind the counter to work one of the three registers there. She informs that the registers are no longer working. I tell her thank you and leave. I understand businesses wanting to reduce the number of employees because of the soaring cost to have employees but when you have nine people behind the counter you have three registers in front and you try to force your customers to do the work the employee should be doing I do not have to go to those businesses. So the business decides that it wants to use paypoint registers instead of having customer service at the register then you are going to find a drop in business not an increase in business. I don't have to shop in these stores I choose to shop in these stores because they're in my neighborhood but if the owners are coming to the point that they no longer want to provide friendly counter service to buy your goods then they're going to find out a lot of us will stop...
Read moreWe just got home with our food. The bean and cheese burritos' had no cheese and almost no sauce...we figured maybe someone is having a bad night, stuff happens, right? But then we opened the Mexican pizza. The box was caused (not by our doing) so half was on the lid...again, it's fast food so sometimes this happens, right? But then there was a long hair in the pizza. OK, now we are done, can't eat anymore and wish we hadn't ate anything from here. I called and talked with Cindy, the manager. I told her only about the hair and her response was "I don't see how a hair could be in the food and I don't know what you want..." I interrupted her at that point and told her that is not how a manager deals with this situation and I will be contacting corporate because of her unprofessional thus inappropriate handling of this situation. This is disgusting and Cindy made it worse by insinuating we are telling her a lie. I only called to inform her, wanting no other recourse then for her to make sure it didn't happen to...
