Today Was A Busy Day For Me And My Wife That We Were Craving Some Chinese Food (instead of "panda" food chain). While Waiting And Looking Around We Saw This On Google Map. This Is Our 1st And Last Time We'll Ever Come Here As A Customer. At 1st (before going in) We Notice A Small Hand Full Of Customers Going In And Out (despite how the building/plaza and parking lot looks like) So We Went In. When We Walked In It Was Like A Tiny Movie Scene Of Bruce Lee Movie When He Was A "dishwasher" In America. LoL Good Movie. But Anyways It Was Weird How You Could See Behind The Ordering Counter Where They Cook Everything You Order. You Could See How Dirty/Dusty And A Tad Bit Of Spider Webs Here And There In The Corners Were In There. Not To Mention They Need Newer Cooking Dish Sets, Walls, Floors, Mostly Remodeling (basically). We Also Notice The Cooks Don't Wear Gloves When Handling Noodles. The Customers Who Were Coming In And Out Were Good Customers That Comes Here A Lot Are Friends. Everyone Knew Everyone (at 1st names bases). Not One Was New, Except Us. So We Figured "oh yay this will be great and tasty food". Nope! Not Even Close. What We Ordered Was A Bit Oily And Plain. No Flavor. It Wasn’t Worth Your Hard Earned Money. Panda Is Waaaaaaaay Better. But If You Want A Great Chinese Food To Go Or Eat In, I Very HIGHLY Suggest "Chopsticks Express". The Address Is 939 E Guadalupe Rd #1, Tempe, AZ 85283 PLEASE GO THERE!!! You'll Love And Appreciate It More. Today 2024-Lmao Wow At The "new" Reviews (I knew I wasn't wrong about this place)! . . . RESPONSE TO OWNER: Please Don't Give Me False Greetings And/Or False Appreciation. If You Don't Understand English Then Don't Give Out False RESPONSE To Those Who Reads Other People's Review About Your...

So we took a chance because the reviews were seemingly high. But we were sorely disappointed all around.

To start, it is fair to say that we have high hopes for Chinese food, as we’ve grown up with authentic Chinese food (no egg rolls are not authentic Chinese food for those wondering). But sadly, finding such food is hard in recent years. Even finding decent Americanized Chinese food is difficult at best.

That said, let’s talk about what this place did well… Pros - they were very friendly and service was relatively quick. Cons - the cleanliness of the place was sorely lacking. It was so bad that the sides of the card reader were black. Next, we ordered a few things. Egg friend rice, sweet and sour soup, egg drop soup, crab ragoons and fried shrimp. Needless to say the shrimp has a pound of oil and is over fried (see pic). So much so, that when I tried to eat one. It made me queasy. The crab ragoons were lukewarm. Lastly, the egg drop/flower soup was gelatinous (see pic) with very little flavor, almost no egg or vegetables. In fact, we’re not even sure how or why it was so gelatinous.

Needless to say, we gave them two stars for the kindness of the staff, and the fact that my kid liked the egg fried rice. But sadly, we’re now grabbing food from elsewhere, cuz what we got was just not edible for...

They have some great food. First time going there last night. I didn't know it wasn't a dime in place. So was a little down about that. The food we got was really good 5 stars all the way around. It was an overall great experience. When we arrive we were told they weren't taking any more orders because that had ran out of rice. I told them I didn't mind not having rice. Ordered pot-stickers, egg roll, hot and sour soup, sweet and sour chicken, and kung pow shrimp. Just before getting our food we got told they were able to get us rice. So that was cool. Got home first had the pot-stickers. They were some of the best I have ever had. Then went for the sweat and sour chicken. I want to point out that there sweet and sour sauce is some of the best I have ever had. I think they must make it in house. Moving along now. The egg roll was also delicious. The Kung Pow shrimp absolutely off the chain. Then finally had the hot n sour soup. It was by far the best I have had in the states. My overall opinion of this place is it is a must try. I am almost certain they make everything in house. I will definitely be getting there...

Kims.is a nice local family serving Fresh Chineese food. The Owner .wife and sons been serving the community for over 20 years from the same location. Been going there for over 16 years when time permits. In time of High cost.where you spend an average $8.00 for your Coffee. You can get real Fresh lunch for $5.99. Great hard working family.great fresh food all times. And one of the best prices in Arizona. Thank you Kims.

I came in and ordered some pot stickers and Beef Lo Mein. When I got home and started eating, I noticed something odd. My Beef Lo Mein (Soft noodles) was missing a key ingredient….the noodles. It pretty much Beef and Broccoli without rice. With the amount of sauce I had left, it would of been better if I had something to go with it Edit to reply - I will be back in but it won’t be tonight.
