Taco Bell — Restaurant in Phoenix

This Taco Bell is terrible. This is my neighborhood Taco Bell and I visit the drive-thru quite often. There is a young lady that works there name Jamela who always has a "less-than-friendly" attitude but I usually flash her a genuine smile anyway and go about my day. Well my last visit here she really pushed my buttons. I ordered my food, got to the window to pay and as usual she has a phony smile with an unpleasant attitude. I asked for 4 waters to go with my food and one of the cups had a slit down the side and was leaking. I kindly asked if she could replace my water. She then rolled her eyes, snatched the cup out of my hand without acknowledging me and gave me another one. I drove off without thanking her this time. After carefully pondering on what just happened, I drove back through the drive thru to let her know, (in a nice way), I don't appreciate her attitude today or any other day. The gentleman that was standing there when she did it came to the window after staring at me through the window for a minute, rolled his eyes and asked me what I needed (also with an attitude). I asked to speak to the young Asian girl who just helped me and he said "There's 4 girls who work here I don't know who you're talking about." (The only Asian girl there a few minutes ago) Anyway a manager came to speak with me also with a very terrible attitude. They need to check their attitudes. This is a terrible time in our country and a genuine smile might be needed to get someone through their day. I'm NEVER...

On January 27th at 10:24pm I went to order food at the drive through. The location was 7449 W Indian school rd Phoenix AZ 85033. I had no issues ordering the food. However after paying for the food at the window and waiting for it to be prepared, I could see two Dogs running through the kitchen. Not only was there two dogs running through the kitchen but the employees were picking them up with their aprons on and petting them with their gloved hands. Once the employee returned to the window I asked why was there a dog in the kitchen, which made them upset. I respectfully asked for my order to be cancelled and my money back, which then the employee told me to watch my tone trying to start an argument. I explained that it is not acceptable sanitary conditions to have an animal in a food preparation area and serve it to pedestrians. There the worsted services ever and I will never eat there ever again. I ordered food from for 30 dollars and the taco were stell and I went back to get my money back and they didn’t wanna give me any money back and they said and then I said can I get it another day and they said no to me that they could make me it rite now and it was 11:50 and I told them that I made me same thing to eat at home cuz I had to wait for my wife to come home from work and I had my 6 month baby boy and it was 9 wen I got my food and I’m sorry cuz I couldn’t leave rite way cuz I’m trying to put my son to bed.
