Hello. We previously had a bad experience and this location and were gifted 2 free entree coupons. We went again to this location. We read the terms and conditions of the coupon and it didn’t say anything about restrictions of what you could add to the entrees. We arrived At the restaurant and there was no hand sanitizer, it was broken and on the ground, a tripping hazard. We got in line and ordered 2 quesarittos with guacamole. The employee was not able to roll the burrito, while the employee was trying to roll the burrito, another employee came and asked what I wanted and I said a quesarrito. He said he didn’t know what that was and the other employee had to tell him. Then the 1st employee stopped rolling the burrito and left it sitting there to help the other employee make the 2nd quesarritto. Finally, a 3rd employee came out and started to try and roll the 1st burrito. She was also having troubles. When she was finishing the 1st burrito, she started asking my husband if we paid for the guacamole and quesarittos, after we already scanned the coupons and had the receipt in hand. My husband said that we shouldn’t be charged extra for the guacamole and that it was included in the entree already with our free entree coupon codes. She said it was not included with a major attitude. She then started arguing with us, saying she was going to up charge us if we still wanted the guacamole. My husband asked for the manager, and she said she was the manager. Her name was Adriana She said. At that point my husband said “Are you really going to argue with me about this?” She said “No” then continued to say she was right, until my husband said “I can show you the terms and conditions on the coupon” she then shrugged her shoulders, rolled her eyes, took a huge sigh and tossed something on the counter. My husband also said that it was weird that while this was all happening a different employee was coming from the back and was putting a bunch of money into the cash register that was not a manager. Read moreThis review is directed towards one specific worker at this location that goes by the name Luis. I made sure I got his name because I wanted to make my complaint about him CLEAR. I entered the restaurant on March 16, 2025 around 8:30PM. Luis was in the food area apparently sweeping the floor. As I approached the counter, he just looked up without greeting me. Once I seen that the chicken in the tray was low, I asked him if they were making new chicken, and with an attitude he said “yea.” I then asked how long would it be and with the same attitude he says “not long.” Mind you, not once did he stop sweeping to serve me, he was just acting as if I went inside to ask him a question and that I was bothering him doing so. Shortly after, he then asks what I wanted, I told him then when I asked if the chicken that he was giving me the fresh chicken that was just grilled, he RUDELY says “yea! He just did it.” I looked at another worker to see if he could hear what I was hearing, how rude Luis was being, and that worker acknowledged it without saying anything. As he was wrapping up my request, he again rudely asks if I need anything else, I said no then asked him his name. He hesitated at first then again, with an attitude told me ‘Luis.’ Luis needs to understand that if he’s going to render a public service representing a business that he does NOT own, then he needs to have a more respectful and professional attitude because the behavior he displayed that night was the complete opposite. Read moreThis has got to be one of the worst Chipotle's I've ever been to and the food quality was horrific and when I asked as a customer how long it would be until the next batch of a specific meet choice would be made I was told well you have other options! I'm pretty sure I realized that I had other options and I didn't want to make a big deal but then they tried to Gaslight me and tell me that what I was looking at was and what I was looking at and what I was looking at was horrible quality of food that had been sitting around for clearly a long time and just about finished so I don't know what the big deal would have been for them to let me know how long it was going to be before they made the next batch Carnitas should not be as dry as the Sierra Desert and to believing that it is so moist as I'm looking at the bottom of the tray LOL honestly this was pretty bad! Good luck to the other customers trying to get decent food from this restaurant maybe it was just the two employees that were there I don't know but I do know it's early afternoon so there's no reason they should be running out of food or not able to tell me when they're going to be making the next batch when there looks like there's only about two or three servings left. Hopefully of manager sees this comment and has a conversation with their employees because this was really ridiculous and I came out of my way to come to this restaurant just for no apparent reason at all and now I have to go search for a different Chipotle that has better service...
