This is one of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to, theres only 3 girls who work here total that have good service skills, all the other people besides the male manager absolutely suck: after months of coming here and tipping almost everytime I go even though I almost never get what I want I’m sick of it. I have THE SIMPLEST coffee order on the planet, so easy it’s painful to see that they can still mess it up. I order a venti hot coffee with extra cream, and since they never put enough cream I ask for an extra side of cream as well. On multiple occasions they have only added a splash of cream when I said “ can you please make sure there ALOT of cream in it” and even sometimes I’ve had it given to me completely black or almost black. Sometimes they’ve taken it upon themselves to steam the cream so it will stay hot which I don’t like and have never once asked for that. It’s so easy to get correct that there are so many explicit words I’d like to use to convey how bad the listening skills of these workers are. I even had one dude a couple months ago argue with me trying to tell me the blonde roast was the medium roast. Like no dude, there’s a reason your menu says both because they aren’t the same and he said “it’s okay it’s your mistake but it’s okay” or something along the lines of that. HORRIBLE, my 8 year old nephew could run a Coffee shop better than that. Already had to be given a free coffee once for them messing up my order and I don’t like to check if the order is good while I’m in my car while it’s turned on and not parked because last time I did that it was so full (don’t even know how they got the lid on tbh) that it flowed out all over my hands and burned me and my car was a mess. Just Reported to corporate because this wasn’t just a few times of this bad service, it’s been consistently terrible for months and as a consumer that’s just not what you pay for. Read moreThis location does NOT know how to make an Iced Americano. They get it wrong EVERY TIME. I order through DoorDash and my Americano is always wrong. They send me........water. Each time. When I order from any other location, it's always correct. Something at this location is very very wrong. Why can't they figure out how to make an Iced Americano correctly? If I get it from 56th St or any other location, it's always right. From 44th St, it's always WRONG EVERY TIME. I am so tired of getting wrong orders from this location. I think they are doing this on purpose. Just to screw with customers. It's like they think it's funny to do this.
I've called the store several times and they are absolutely no help at all. They keep blaming DoorDash. DoorDash isn't there in the store making it. You are. Again, when DoorDash sends it to me from other stores, it's always correct. It's only this store that keeps making it wrong. Thankfully I keep getting a refund each time. My husband and I went in to get something before getting on what will be a long drive for us, so I ordered 2 Venti Pumpkin Caramel Macchiato's she first looked at me like I was speaking a language she didnt understand so I had to tell her what was in it, I then ordered an everything bagel (toasted) and a Morning Bun, we got our drinks and then about 10 minutes later got the morning bun, and stood there for another 10 min watching her (Gen) prepare other breakfast items She at that point came over and asked us if we were waiting for something, I told her our everything bagel she then just walked away as if she was lost waited another 10 min for the bagel, not a sorry for the wait or the fact she didnt even do it or anything just handed it to us and just walked away..
