I normally don’t post reviews, but I feel like people deserve to know what happened. I paid $485 for eyebrow tattooing, expecting a professional job and clear communication. After my first appointment, I was really unhappy with how my brows turned out, so I asked the artist to fix them. She scheduled me for a correction — but never once mentioned there would be another charge. She did the correction, and only after finishing told me I owed $140 more. I was shocked because that fee was never discussed or agreed to before she started. Later, I talked to another artist who’s also a registered nurse, and she told me the correction should never have been done at all since my old brows weren’t faded enough. Now I have to pay $450 for tattoo removal and another $499–$699 to have them properly redone somewhere else. On top of that, this whole experience has really hurt my confidence. My brows are uneven, and people have even asked me who did them because they look off. It’s embarrassing and frustrating to walk around like this.
