Taco Feliz Mexican Food — Restaurant in Phoenix

I’m not gonna lie, the food is good but that is not the issue. It’s been months since I had not come to this place because it’s always a waste of time with them and today was no different. I gave the guy two different cards to pay with and both cards were not going through. Instead of trying to find the issue he told me that I was putting my pin wrong. Still does not explain why my credit card was not working. He also had the nerve to imply that the cards were someone else’s and were given to me to try and see if they would work and once I told him they were my cards he remained silent. I asked him “what now?” And all he could say was idk and I left to a different business where the card worked perfectly fine. A little word of advise to the person taking my payment, never blame the customers, you might not even care but I will not be...

I live right around the corner from Happy Taco but had never been! However, recently I found I needed a late-night meal and my experience at Mr. Cowboy's (7th St & Roeser) is it's a long wait for your food so I decided to opt for this restaurant.

I read somewhere that people had enjoyed the chimichanga, so I had the chicken one. I liked it. It was nothing special really - but was a good, well made chimi at 1 or 2 in the morning (I think). And I was pleased that it was provided at the drive-through in a reasonable length of time.

Now I think it could have been a little crispier, but it was not greasy as sometimes is the case with this item, and the lettuce/tomato/cilantro (?) salad mix with it (on it) was tasty. I will go to "Taco Feliz" again sometime not too too long from now and see what else is...

I went last night around midnight to the drive-thru and the guy that was working the drive-thru was so polite and fast great service honestly I think I'm going to stop going to vaqueros and start going back to Taco Feliz again honestly it made my entire night feel way better just by the friendly vibe he was putting off and just great service I highly recommend Taco Feilz because of your wónderfui late night shift employees are the best they really deserve a little bit of recognition that's why I'm putting this post. Not to mention the food was also very delicious as well but the great service made my entire night great keep up the good work and keep the employees like that and that will keep customers coming I highly recommend to other people...
