I came to make a payment and she couldn't understand me but then they sold my boots charged me 20 percent of everything they claim that same lady left a voicemail who doesnt speak English. He claims she speaks English but each time I went I had to take someone to help because she didnt understand because she cant speak English so I lost 20 percent just to get some of my money back.. worst customer service ever. Will be reporting to better business bureau.
