During my lunch break I ordered through app & once I arrived I said mobile order for Justin only to find out that the cashier said somebody just took that order. I then asked if my order could get refunded or made again so she asked her manager. Her manager Mila approaches me & my coworker and asked to see our order on the app. She tries to claim my order was from April 15 but I told her no my order here was today because she was looking at the receipt below that was not open on the app instead of looking @ the current date receipt that was already open. She instructs us to call customer service when she points the number on my phone & I did only to get a message that says they are only open during business hours. This all happened last Saturday just to be clear. Back to the story after we said customer service is not open she lies to us saying they are when she just seen us call them. She lies to us again saying she was just on the phone with them so we asked her to give us the number so we can speak to them only for her to point at my app again saying that was the number. She then speaks to us saying she can't give us a new order because the $44 was "too much" & she can't give us a refund. Usually in fast food places if your order is stolen that is on employees for not checking who is the rightful owner. We asked one more time if our ordered was going to be remade because we have to go back to work & ahe just blatantly ignored us. Once I got out of work early three hours later my coworker and me visited once again to see if a different manager was there to tell them what happened to us but she was still there. Once we saw her we spoke to her again & she once again was no help. We asked if she can just remake our order since we have time on our hands & she said no she can't. Even earlier during the first visit, we asked if we can see camera footage on who took our order because we didn't send nobody over while she tried to make excuses covering the fact our order was stolen saying maybe somebody took it for us. Unless Mila the manager is either relieved or retrained, with her in charge it will only drive customers away or make customers become very angry because the way she conducts business is unprofessional, unfair, dishonest, no awareness of rules + policies, rude, incompetent, & most importantly she can not own up to her mistake of our order being stolen but instead tries to cover & make...
   Read moreOn Thursday Evening on 05/16/2024 I came into the restaurant to pick up my order. I accidentally left my phone at the front counter over night and didnât realize it till Friday morning. I pinged my phone and verified it was indeed at Wendyâs. I called the store and asked if I would be able to pick up my phone. The manager who answered said âno phone was found last night at the store. As she was telling me that no phone was found, my wife pinged my Iphone again and what do you knowâŚ.. My phoneâs alerting rang through the telephone as if she the phone in her hand. I told her I heard my phone alert go off and I would be there shortly. I arrived at the Wendyâs restaurant at approximately 7am 05/17/24. The main entrance was locked but an employee was outside cleaning the parking lot. I asked him to contact his supervisor to I can retrieve my phone. I was told to go thru the drive through and provide identification. When I got to the window I wanted 2 minutes then honked my horn when Female manager who never gave her name asked me for Identification ??? I refused to give her my identification because it didnât make any sense to check my id when my picture was my screen saver. I pinged my phone and she still refused to give me my phone, at which point I advised her if she didnât give me my phone, I was going to call the cops. She said call the police I donât care⌠then after a moment she threw my phone at me and I caught it and drove away. Now the best part of the story When I previously called the store and asked for my phone, the manager stated she didnât see any lost phone but little did she know is that IPhone have a feature where if you put in an incorrect password it takes a selfie of the person who entered incorrectly. I have her trying to unlock my phone @5:45am 4 times and failing. Then temporarily disabled my phone for 30 minutes. So hopefully this reaches the store or general manager or owner and possibly give me a call so I can have a conversation about the situation and the untrustworthy, disrespectful, dishonest manager you have working for you.    Read moreI went this morning at 7 am. for biscuits, gravy, and French toast sticks.the girl handed me my order. I checked my bag, and I noticed I needed a fork. Within seconds, she had already closed the window, turned her back, and got on a cell phone as well as talked to her coworker standing next to her. I first tried to wave at them, but nothing, so I honked . She hesitated kinda jist staring at me when she decided to come and open the window she had a look on her face like I bothered her. When I asked her for a fork, she looked really prideful, like how dare I tell her what I needed. I drove off about 15 seconds, and I noticed I didn't get syrup as well. I work in the Plaza, so I was ki d of in a hurry getting to work. I drove back and asked for syrup and told the girl who helped me that if someone ordered French toast , they need syrup, a fork for their biscuits and that I had repeatedly had let her know I couldn't hear her at the screen bc she spoke so slow and that she should speak up. The most simple basic couldn't be met. And she had a bad attitude at 7am, so what reason she didn't even know me. It was like she purposely didn't put those things to get a rise out of customers bc she wasn't nice when I asked the the things I needed for my meal . So when I called to speak with a manager, she said that I should not have yelled at her when I asked for the name of who I was speaking to which shojldnof been the manger she said " oh no ohhh no no no" that I shouldn't have yelled at tje girl . And said that the girl doesn't know English so if she looked at me funny it's bc she didn't know . Which is unethical and made no sense . What did putting those things in the bag have to do with speaking English. Plus, she spoke to me a bit, which I wouldn't have ever believed she didn't know English. If that was the manager she was very uneducated about her job the way she also spoke to me. I explained i never yelled I let her know the correct way to give someone their order . I didnt ask for extras the least I could of got without having to ask was fork syrup and napkins . The morning girls need to be re assessed or fired.
