First Time Eating At This Local Joint I Have Heard So Much About. First Impressions Was Impressive Having The Owner Checking On The Guest Table By Table...This Is Something You Dont See Too Often! Shortly After This Is When I Notice The Change In Atmosphere. As I Waited To Have The Table Set, Guest Began To Leave, You Can See The Staff Was VERY Light. With Five Tables With Their Food I Would Have Never Thought It Would Take Over A Hour To Start Eating!!! (To Support Small Businesses Means They Will Support The Community) When The $80 Bill For 3 People Came Out I Called For The Manager To Express My Concerns And Maybe Get A Discount For The Poor Service. The Wife's Owner Came And Said "They Don't Do Discounts, Not Even For Military Because They Take Advantage Of Them"!! Now I Can't Compare Lester's To Landry's Seafood (Totally Two Different Classes) But I Shouldn't Expect To Pay For Landry's Prices And Not Get Their Services! It Was Just The Wrong Time And Place To Eat Here...They Need Hells Kitchen...

The food was pretty good and mostly all reasonable prices - however the lack of attention and wait time was unacceptable. We were sent over to the bar upon entering to place an order where we seemed to be forgotten about - occasionally someone would say they were coming but didn't for atleast 15 minutes 3 different sets of customers waited over there to place an order. While they continued to take others orders who came in Afterwards and clean up tables around the restaurant and just talk amongst themselves rather than take our orders. Then others came in after us to place a go order as well who somehow managed to get their orders before any of us who had been there waiting for very similar orders. Never once did anyone even apologize for having us wait all that time before we got to place an order or that our orders came out after people who came in after ours to place an order. Please improve on your customer...

You know when you see a business and you can literally watch it fail before your eyes? This is one of those businesses. I've eaten here a few times and every single time it's been a new set of staff. I've heard from some former staff that the management is terrible. Most of the food is over priced. 8 dollars for 8 mozzerlla sticks? Good lord. I watched him refuse service to someone because his shirt showed too much of his skin and wasn't family friendly, yet their uniforms say "if you have the itch we have the crabs". Apperently joking about pubic lice in food service is friendly. Plus they sell a lot of alcohol. Which is family friendly too last I checked. I've seen him curse in the store and be rude to customers. The store started being open 7 days a week and has since dropped to 5. Soon it'll be 4. Eventually it'll die and the terrible store might...
