Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Picayune

Ordered through the app and when I arrived they didn't have the items to make my milkshake. Which was okay they gave me a route 44 drink instead and dairy queen is next door and they have better milkshakes anyways. After leaving dairy queen I went home and realized they forgot my bbq popcorn chicken. I went back to sonic and told them they forgot an item of my order. I was told they would get those items and it would be out shortly. After 30 minutes of waiting I pressed the button and asked approximately how much time was left. Only to be told by the staff member that they are out of popcorn chicken and what would I like as a replacement item. I simply asked for a refund on the popcorn...

I can never order anything without something messed up, if you ask for ez ice they fill the cup to the brim with ice, if you say your three year old wont eat pickles you get a ridiculous portion of pickles. I have ate here for years and I'm sick of being robbed of my money, When i pay extra for the largest drink and two gulps im out of drink because its 90% ice. Thats theft.when my wife wanted crispy and she gets grilled chicken, and charged at whatever premium price for the special thats theft. Was very disappointed by their service. I ordered from their establishment through Uber Eats and was waiting for my delivery since the money was taken out of my account and realized it was taking a very long time because the Uber eats app said they were preparing the order so I called the restaurant and explained what was going on and from the moment they answered they were very rude and unprofessional.
