Ordered 2 of the large white chocolate infused espresso for 8.75 with a 3.50 tip for a total or 21.00 for 2 coffees. and they were awful. I can't even taste coffee. It's just 10$ milk. I don't like paying that much for an extremely poor product. This isn't the first time but it has to be my last time. I can't continue to support them making money hand over first and not providing what they are selling. I'd be better off gambling at the casino then crossing my fingers hoping they are going to make a decent product at this price point. McDonald's is guilty of this sometimes but at 4$ a coffee. I have loved every single visit to The Sip, I’m so excited to either taste a new flavor or a favorite classic flavor that even if the drive thru or wait line is long I’m happy to wait! They make innovation and consistency of new flavors and experiences easy, but I just KNOW it takes so much work and I am PROUD to have them in our county and to bring my business here! First of all I want to say that the coffee and other drink I tried were absolutely delicious! Now where I have a problem is if I’m paying 20$ for 2 drinks and ask for light ice meaning LESS ICE that should actually happen.
