I visited this starbucks on 6/15/22. There's a guy by the name of Elijah. They only reason I'm giving this place 1 star is because of him. He didn't greet in exchange he started yawning. I let it go and continued the process of ordering. I started asking of the breads, he started charging and then to tell me they didn't have them after all. There was a nice lady that also worked there that was overhearing the whole situation. He told Elijah why don't you check the back. He didn't say anything just stared back at her. And im in the middle the whole time. So I told him ohh you're not going to look? In the rudest way with out saying anything he turned around went to the back to "check". And came back out I'm 1 second saying we don't have it. Point of this is that I don't care about the bread and I can live with out it. It's very unfortunate that someone can be that mad at 9am. I work in customer service and I know how annoying I can be. But a person like this should not be front and forward dealing with customers. He needs to do something some cleaning in the backs somewhere. Not trying to ruin...
Read moreUp until this morning I thought this was a great starbucks... I usually do my mobile order and do a quick pick up in store. Its usually not crowded (seems like a low customer volume store) granted they've had me wait a few times for my drinks but I was ok with it but today I made my order and i walk in about 8-10 minutes later to get my drink and I reach for my pastry but it was just an empty bag that had ALL OUT written on it when not even a minute later I see them giving the pastry I ordered to another customer. That got me frustrated because technically It was already baught by ME and should've been reserved for ME. All I got was a little apology and a equal or lesser value brownie. I dont know if they just dont get the point of mobile ordering or if they just dont have understanding of mobile ordering purchases and what should be held ASIDE and BOUGHT...
Read moreI had gone to Starbucks the other day before and had realized how I have never tried the Caramel Frappuccino. I ordered it and it was honestly amazing and I recommend trying this drink. When I went, the service was okay because of the amount of time it took for me to receive my drink. The employees were really nice to me and I also totally recommend getting the Starbucks app. The app allows you to get points for every dollar you spend, that’s how I was able to get my drink. I had enough points for a free drink. Also, if it’s your birthday and you put your birthday into the app, you’ll be able to receive a free drink. But yeah if you are thirsty and wanna try something new, I really recommend going to Starbucks and getting the Caramel...
