My husband and I are notoriously particular about our taco meat and me the eggs. The moment our food arrived, it was LOVE , birds chirping, sun shinning and we hadn’t tasted it yet. We had found something special. The chilaquiles were exceptionally fresh, with just the right amount of heat and crunch. I customized my order with over medium eggs and sliced asada or chopped on top. I have to contain my excitement every time as I just want to do the happy dance! The eggs are always cooked to perfection, with a delightful runny texture in my first bite it slowly cooks a little more with the heat of the chilaquiles making the yolk perfectly soft and fluffy. The taco meat is expertly cleaned, no veins or fat, chopped and seasoned just right and well cooked. We have frequented this restaurant once a week for the past 5 months and although we want to try other dishes we haven’t. Our friend joined us once and had the caldo de cabeza, very brave of him. He was in for a treat & said it was the real deal and couldn’t wait to be back. Despite the chef’s quiet demeanor, it’s evident that the food is made with love and passion. His attentive mom runs the front and adds a wonderful touch of warmth to the experience. Overall, an outstanding experience. If we lived closer we’d be here every day.

If you are a customer don't ask for a cup o water because they don't allow to give you i cup of water, even if yoj expend $65 dollar in there. And they huve a B on public health i just see it after i order . Why do they have a B

I stumbled upon this unassuming place because it's near my work. The lady who runs the place and serves is super nice and seems to know everyone. I get their breakfast burrito and coffee which is delicious, and affordable.

Tripas Tacos are probably the best I've ever had. They have good flavor but also a slight crunch to them. That's how I like them. The Asada is good quality Meat. Good Flavor, some of the best asada, if not the best in Pico or surrounding areas. They give very good amount of meat in the Tacos. The Beans they sell are likely mixed with Chorizo. They are good. The SOPEs are huge. Not a typical small Sope. So you will have to figure out how to eat it, or I just cut it in several pieces, No Cream, No guac, and it was Bomb!! It was $9.95 however it fed 2 people so its not bad at all. All Meat Burrito we got was bomb. (asada). Overall, I was really surprised I liked this place, because all previous places that have tired it here have just sucked. This place is our new favorite local spot. Get the Tripas Tacos!!!!! Bomb...
