Update 12-2-23 Unfortunately I have to drop them from 5 stars to 1. We went in to order food to go, as we are standing right in front of them cooking,one of the employee's starts spraying the wall that is right in front of the grill with cleaning products/chemicals, the asada meat was getting cooked as well as the flour tortilla for my order. When I asked them if they could stop spraying that chemical right by the food, the other employee had an attitude and told the employee that was cleaning that I was calling her, so I told her that she shouldn't be spraying chemicals right in front of a grill that has food, her response was that the vent absorbs all the chemical, so I told her thats not how aerosol sprays works, once sprayed they fly everywhere. So she hardly apologized and went to a back room. They packed my order didn't even offer to make it again since what they were giving me was full of chemicals. So we get home just to find the surf and turf order badly made, they only threw in 4 shrimps,asada,fries,and guacamole, didn't add the rest of the ingredients,plus im sure they did it on purpose to add more salt because it was extremely salty, so that order went straight to the trash. My husband order was asada fries, same they just added the meat fries and cheese, with a strand of hair. That went to the trash as well. My son's asada quesadilla went to the trash as well because the meat was extremely salty. We paid 60 dollars for the trash can to enjoy. Never again.

Highly recommend 👌 we ordered a variety and it was all very tasty. The surf n turf taco was perfect, veggies were fresh and crisp, shrimp was fresh aswell, cooked on the spot. Asada nachos were good, and the burritos were so big and good amount of ingredients, the campechana burrito was my favorite and my son loved the asada quedadilla. From the moment I walked into Blue Burro, I was greeted by the General Manager with a warm and genuine welcome. She made it clear that if I needed any help while ordering at the self-serve kiosk, she was just a step away—great start to the visit!

I ordered the shrimp taco, and let me just say… wow! Absolutely delicious. The taco was served warm and fresh, with a perfect blend of flavors. The sauces were on point and complemented everything beautifully. The tortilla? Soft, warm, and just the way it should be. 😋

The entire restaurant was spotless—from the exterior to the dining area, and yes, even the restrooms were impressively clean. It’s clear they take pride in not just their food but the whole customer experience.

Next time I’m in the area, expect to see me back with an even bigger appetite 😬🤣😁. I highly recommend Blue Burro to anyone nearby—you will not be disappointed!

It's situated in a working-class neighborhood, and the parking area was dimly lit and sparsely occupied. When I entered, there were barely a few customers present.
