I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your 9332 Washington Ave, Pico Rivera, CA 90660 location.

I recently visited your establishment and asked to use the restroom before making a purchase. The cashier rudely informed me that I needed to purchase something first and denied my request. My colleague then purchased shakes and soda, explicitly stating that we needed to use the restroom. Although we were allowed to proceed to the restroom, the cashier did not provide the access code, causing us embarrassment in front of other customers.

I believe this level of service is unacceptable. I kindly request that you address this issue with your staff to ensure that future customers are treated with respect and courtesy.

Huge increase of prices they use to be affordable but not anymore.

I ordered a 10 piece boneless wings didn't get a combo, but I had got a small drink with it and that came out to $19 and some change. And the wings are just sad looking so small, not filling at all. And thats the boneless, the ones with bones are even more expensive. For that price you can get steak and eggs from Dennys with eggs and hashbrowns. Just go to a restaurant you'll get your money's worth.

First time trying this place which is 2 blocks from my house. Food was very fresh but the flavor needs a little more boost. I tried the atomic sauce and it wasn't super hot, but then again I do have high tolerance to spicy food. The place is mostly clean, just need to pay more attention on the chairs as they were a little dirty!
