3 months ago from 11/21/15 I sat there for 10 min and nobody took my order... finally drove up to the window and I told them I had been sitting there and she laughed and was like oh, well now i can take your order. They were extremely rude and not even doing their jobs!
11/21/15 Mc Donalds has lost me and my boyfriend as a customer. I refuse to ever eat at their restraunt again. I have had my order wrong repeatedly for the last 8 times I had been there!!!! But I gave them another try, I went through the drive thru and it wasn't very busy there were only 2 cars in front of me. When they took my order I had to repeat my order like 3 times for them to get it right, I ordered a #10 no ranch and a sweet tea and a coke... not hard... I paid and sat at the window for 8 minutes and when I got my drink I tasted it and noticed it wasn't sweet, and I politely asked for a new one (I worked in fast food I understand mistakes) and she was like oh it's not sweet? I'll change that and she handed me back another... we got our food drove away and I drank it again.... it wasn't sweet....again.... I was so angry I was like "really " and I went inside and got sweet tea myself not wanting to complain. I got my tea and went home. I opened my food and there are honey mustard packs which I asked for because I asked for my chicken wraps without ranch and guess what they had on them.... ranch.... I even checked the receipt and it said no ranch.... I called the restraunt and told the manager about my drink and food, he exhaled loudly like it was an inconvenience, did NOT even apologize and in am irritated voice said "well... if you come in I can remake it." Like I'm supposed to drink back there again?? As a manager you should apologize and offer to discount the food made wrong or just freaking be polite to your customers. I didn't feel like wasting my time on them anymore and so I threw away the food and got food from another place. I will never give them my service again. I have had so many problems repeatedly and the employees are rude, it takes 30 minutes just to get your food which is ridiculous and even one time an employee hit on me, thanks but be professional. Read moreI've never actually eaten at this location, however the person claiming to be the franchise owner named David is a very deceitful and rude person. I live in apartment complex and either David or one of his managers sent an employee onto our private property that has signs stating "No Trespassing, No Soliciting" to do window drops on vehicles for hiring purposes. During this time my vehicle was damaged by the employee doing these drops so I called the store and asked to speak with the manager and was told that the owner would call me back. David calls me back about an hour or so later asking me what happened and I, being the honest person that I am, told David that I am a fair person and I don't have any proof of that his employee did it other than I was only inside for about 20 minutes before I left again and there was no damage when I got home and now there is" David tells me "I want to make this right, do you want me to fix the damage? I just need to talk to some people first and I'll call you back in an hour." David calls me back, only now he's singing a different tune saying that he's not paying for anything, that his employees are allowed to be on the property, that there is not a posted "No Soliciting" sign anywhere on the property, and he wants video proof that his employee did it. If I had been asking him to make thousands of dollars worth of repairs to my vehicle then I would understand but this was over a torn wiper blade and a scratch that could be fixed with touch up paint AFTER offering to pay for it in the first place then rescinding his offer to pay for it. I've never dealt with a business owner who cares so little for his reputation with the community he serves. Based off the way this man speaks to customers I can only assume that the service and quality of work he expects from his employees is equally atrocious. This franchise owner also owns the Mt. Carmel, New Richmond, and Bethel Mcdonald's please do yourself a favor and steer clear of all four of these businesses and remind this owner that the customer is what causes his business to...
Read moreI've been coming to this McDonald's for almost a year now since moving to the area. I have to say this is probably one of the consistently worst McDonald's I've ever. I've had bad service and experience before with McDonald's on the occasion but this location almost every single time.
Whether at breakfast or dinner time the drive-thru and notoriously slow and if you don't believe me read the other reviews.
Two weeks ago I went there for dinner I had but two cars in front of me and I spent a total of 35 minutes in the Drive-Thru. I honestly don't see why me and the two cars in front of me had to wait so long with just a few people in the Drive-Thru.
It's very rare that the fries are correct. Usually they are old or undercooked and hardly ever salted the way we all expect are McDonald's fries to be. At this point I'm tired of paying for flavorless cardboard.
But my experience from this morning was the ending for me at this location.
I came inside since the drive thru as usual was very long and not moving. I placed my order and while waiting I proceeded to watch someone who I assume is in management based on their uniform grab a trash can filled with garbage carry it around for a while put it back and proceed bagging up people's food. They did not wash their hands and they were not wearing gloves.
I don't understand how it's okay to handle garbage and then go back to food preparation.
