Subway — Restaurant in Pigeon Forge

Maybe I was there on an off day but here's what happened. I walked in, 6 people ahead of me and one employee behind the counter. Im watching the service of the employee, she was professional and attentive to each person and made the sandwiches as requested. It came my time to order and asked that my sandwich be toasted, it came out looking nearly burnt. She offered to remake it and I insisted that I would try it the way it was (turned out ok.) So she rings me up and I sit down and study the receipt. I was charged $1.00 + tax extra on the Sandwich over the posted menu price. I brought this to her attention and she didn't know how that happened and refunded the overage. She asked if she could keep the receipt to show her manager/owner and I said sure if it will help get that problem solved. No telling how many people who pay by plastic only and get no receipts get ripped off, not only here but anywhere. So overall my sandwich looked burnt, I was over charged, and the poor lady behind the counter really needs some help back there because it took forever to get the orders done. I...

Drea has horrible customer service and obviously has not been taught how to make sandwiches. He is doing no justice to this owner. He takes zero time to listen or to handle complaints properly. When I had a complaint, he told me thats not how to handle a problem! Who is he to tell me the customer how ti handle how he incorrectly made my child's sandwich! He made it with wrong cheese first, my son told him but he did not listen and was throwing things around. When I went back in to address the mishandled sandwiche, he told me how I was wrong and then proceeded to throw scoops of tuna on the sandwiche, then the cheese and didn't spread it, he squished it all together! For as long as he's there I will never visit this location again. As a local resident and local business owner I will definitely not recommend...

I submitted this concern on 5/19 to corporate subway but never received a response. We ordered 2 BMT sandwiches. One was the normal Genoa salami, spicy pepperoni, and Black Forest Ham. The second one we substituted the ham for turkey. So the sandwich was Genoa salami, spicy pepperoni, and turkey. It had only three meats. On check out the associate charged us extra $3.00 + .30 tax for the turkey as if we had four meats. I tried to get her to give us a refund but she refused. I am not sure she knew how to do it. We order this combination all the time at Subways and they call it a BMT and never charge for four meats but they just substitute the ham with turkey. We will not be using this location...
