Every time I take something there they find an issue to why they can’t do the alignment, first it was my truck said the steering box was bad, nope slightly out of adjustment. Also had a tire with a slow leak repaired at this visit and it’s still leaking. They did do the alignment but said they wouldn’t back it I agreed because I trusted them. Told my buddy who referred me and he told me about the adjustment on the steering box that they said made it bad. Second was my boys truck said inner tie rod ends were bad, fine reschedule change the inner tie rods and then do the alignment. Well took it in this morning they tear it plumb down and say the steering rack is toast because there’s a chip out of where the dust boot clamps on, not at the bolt holes, not where the inner tie rod ends thread into the rack, just a boot would be affected. Well they call and say they can’t do the inner tie rod ends or the alignment that’s fine and good but now this truck we drove in to the shop is almost not able to be driven it’s making all kinds of new noises that it had never made before and I was upset over the call but now I’m boiling at this point! My son drives this truck and it’s his only vehicle and now that their alignment guy just threw it back together in 10 minutes we watched. Using an air impact for everything, everything? EVERYTHING! Torque the lug nuts nah why would you? Try to make sure that it’s somewhat in alignment? They knew we drive it. Nope just chucked it back together and sent my kid out driving it! Not 100% sure where the problem is because the owner seems like a good guy. I think he’s only going off what his alignment guy is telling him, but like I said I don’t know I only know that I did not like this service the last few times. Ohh yeah when rescheduling my son asked 2 or 3 times for a price, even just a ballpark figure but nope. We still don’t even know what we would have been charged if they done the work. One thing that was said was that “you can’t tell it’s bad until you have the inner tie rod end off” so what that tells me is if we had done the inner tie rods they would (maybe who knows what would have been wrong next) have done the alignment and we’d at least be at drivable! NEVER AGAIN! 3 strikes is...

We had to come to Columbus for a court date. Well we had to get back to Kentucky today. Well I thought we were getting a flat. So I pulled over an tires were fine. Drove a little more then thought I better pull over an check again just to be sure. Well I thought my goodness the lug bolts are missing on two lugs. So I looked for a car repair place. They told me not the bolts but the lug stems themselves. The guy said it would take a bit but he could fix it. I of course said how much. He said let me ask my boss. Boss. ones back an says ......an after I said on the way to me Kentucky with four grandkids in car mind you....sorry we dont have time to fix it. Also this was after two guys came in an asked for two oil changes after me. I said really. He said sorry just dont have the time. An I have no idea where you can go. Well we got oh maybe a mile down the road an another lug came off. Good thing I was driving slow. This is all in Waverley if I didnt mention. As cars an trucks flew by, I took two babies a walk to hopefully calm them down. I told the boys you know what...if we were in Kentucky several.people would have stopped t check on us. Well guess what. A lady come up to my window scared me to death cause I wasn't expecting anyone just yet. She wanted to k ow if we needed help or water or food or drove somewhere. We did except the water but told her help.was on the way. She gave me her number an said she actually lived in Kentucky but was staying about two miles ahead if we did need any help. So everyone. Say what you will about Kentucky. A Kentuckian is the only one to stop to help. Lol.

Keep this in mind next time you have to get service on a vehicle. Please choose somewhere else that will respect your choice and...

I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone! My 61 year old Mother was on her way home from Columbus Ohio to Morehead Kentucky with 4 of her Grandchildren in the van. While driving she noticed something was wrong with the tire. This was the first car place she found so she stopped and told them she needed help. The first guy she spoke to told her she had not one, but TWO missing lug bolts. He said they could fix it, but he had to speak with his boss first. His boss came out to tell my Mother that they didn't have time to fix it, (mind you, they only had one car on the lift, 4 guys just sitting around doing nothing and 2 oil changes that came in after her).This was AFTER she told him she had 4 children in the van and still had to make it to Kentucky. He refused to help her and was very rude about it. He also said there was nowhere else he could tell her to go. She was shocked that someone would say such a thing and left there not knowing what to do. She started driving down the road again with her flashers on and going very slow. A few minutes later another lug bolt came off!! Thankfully she was able to pull over on the side of the highway until we could travel from Columbus to help her. I am absolutely disgusted that anyone could treat a woman and 4 children this way!! This selfish and lazy man could have costed them their lives!! There is absolutely NO EXCUSE for this!! I sure hope his Mother never has this kind of issue some day and nobody will help her! Sick people...
