McDonald's — Restaurant in Pikeville

We were the only customers. Every table in the place was dirty. There was food ithe seats. There was food on the floor.

Only after asking three times for something I could use to clean a table did an employee come wipe off about 3/4 of a table. She made no effort to clean the food off the seating. After complaining that they were extremely short staffed she returned back to the kitchen where she and two other employees stood talking.

The food was cold and not at all fresh. The fries weren't even salted at all. I ask for a four piece MC nuggets happy meal for our little guy. We didn't notice that we were charged for a six piece instead. No napkins, so before we could eat we had to go back to the counter to ask for them. No katchup, back to the counter again. We did not ask for a to go order but that's what was entered for our order. Everything was just thrown in a bag. My chicken sandwich was a mess. The bottom part of the bun was in the bottom of the bag and not even wrapped with the rest of the sandwich, which had only had a wrapped folded over it (not wrapped). The food was terrible, the service was terrible and the dining room was nasty.

I have considered disputing the charge with my credit card company since we didn't get what we paid for and may still do, unless the manager attempts to make this right. I can't see that happening since no-one cared to take care of us as paying customers while we were there.

In regards to the GREEN haired girl at the McDonalds on Cassidy Boulevard in Pikeville.

My family and I went through the drive thru a few minutes ago and the service was horrible. After waiting 17 minutes on our food, a young girl with green hair (yes green) came to the window and very rudely handed me my bag and drinks without saying a word.... did not mark the drinks (as in diet, tea, etc). I asked for salt, pepper and ketchup and she acted as though I had ruined her night or something but handed me 3 packs of ketchup and 2 packs of pepper (no salt at all) Also, when I placed the order I specifically asked for barbecue sauce with my chicken nuggets. After looking through the bag to make sure that it was correct I discover that there is NO barbecue sauce in the bag at all so I got her attention by waving my hand at the window, she opens the window and looks at me without saying a word. I asked for my barbecue sauce and she rudely handed me 4 packs of barbecue sauce and hurriedly slams the window shut. I then realize that she did not give me any napkins so again, I waved at her through the window and asked for napkins.... this time she rolls her eyes and hands me a handful of napkins....and slams the window shut again. The whole event happened without her ever speaking one word to me. My point in this rant is.... if you don’t have people skills you should not be working in a place that deals with people...

Last 3 times I’ve been here I’ve tried drive-thru 2 of the times and mobile curbside pick up once since you can’t go in and order because they have the inside closed. 2 times in drive-thru was over 15 minutes when I pulled right up to the menu to order and both times was incorrect order was given to me. Both times went in to get correct order and spent another 10-15 minutes getting correct order. This morning I placed an order at 7:43. I sat in the curbside spot for 25 minutes. Finally got someone to open the door and went in and told them my order and they didn’t know where it was. Spent 6 minutes inside waiting for my order to notice it had been sitting on the bar under paper towels and bags and the manager walked right over to it and said yeah the curbside order is right here like it was normal. Looked at the time on the receipt and seen it was for 7:46. Been sitting there that long! Cold! Burnt! Needless to say I was late for a doctors appointment because 8:17 receiving an order you ordered 32 minutes prior to is acceptable. I’m done with...
