McDonald's — Restaurant in Pine Bluff

I applied for a manager position at this company and despite with the District Manager said the manager on duty wanted to hire me for crew instead of supervisor. I took another job offer, but that’s not the real problem. The real problem is now every time I go to this place and I order curbside, they never bring my order out to me. It just happened again while two of the managers and a crew employee were standing out side smoking marijuana talking about me and my uniform and my work truck instead of making sure that their customers are OK so I had to go inside and pick up my order instead of have them bring it to me because I waited 28 minutes exactly my burgers were icy cold. My fries were disgusting and the ice in my drink has already melted. I will not be going back to this establishment if they’re upset that I took another job offer. It’s because they lied to me not because I did anything to them to be honest, the position was beneath me And my experience but every time I go up there the service is just that terrible that I wanted to help they don’t wanna be helped They’re OK with lackadaisical crew and managers who mistreat people who...

I stopped in last night and ordered some food of which included two hot apple pies. When I opened the Pie it was very hard and dry and appeared hours or even days old. I took them back to the restaurant to get them exchanged for fresh ones. One young lady was being very courteous gave me another one in exactly the same condition. So I asked for a refund for the pies. The manager there then came from the back with a VERY nasty attitude and said “You’re going to have to take something else we don’t do refunds” The cashier that attempted to help me informed me that it would take 13 minutes to make fresh pies for which I couldn’t wait for. So I ended up with a microwaved cinnamon roll just to keep my sanity. It’s a shame you apply for a job you’re not qualified to do. If you don’t do well with people don’t get into customer service. That manager needs to be fired because I’m sure that’s not her...

Pulled up to the take out window and the woman is so high she has no clue what’s going on. Asked me what drink I ordered and what size. I say Sm Dr Pepper. Got handed a sm coke.

When I drove back through to get my order fixed, she gave me two McDoubles (I’m allergic to beef) and I ordered one mcChicken, and also get my drink fixed.

When I pull back around she ask me what I ordered again (I’m holding a drink and the burgers) im trying to get my order fixed I say. She says did you get that from inside? (I was three cars ago but ok) No I was just here talking to you.

Ok she says and ask what o ordered to drink Sm Dr Pepper, ok I’ll make you a Sm Diet Coke she says. No it’s a Sm Dr Pepper. She makes something then turns around and stares into space.

Finally She hands me my McChicken and no drink. Had to remind her again that I needed my drink. The whole time she has no clue what...
