Ocean's Fish and Chicken — Restaurant in Pine Bluff

Horrible service! Called in an order and was told 20 min. Arrived at drive through and through speaker said I had a pick up and gave name and told to pull ahead. Paid at window then waited about 10 min and was told to pull up by bushes and she'd bring it out. Another 10 min go by. My mom walked back to the window. The girl working says with an attitude, "you want it cooked right?" Then goes on to say we had a large order (20 wings/12 catfish) and they weren't going to cook it until we got there. This was never stated when we called in the order. We wait another 20 minutes and my aunt went inside. That same girl had an attitude with her and asked again if we wanted the food cooked. She never offered an apology or anything and to have an attitude with us, is very wrong. Will...

Well the food was good but the only thing is when I went and used the bathroom the bathroom was nasty water all in the floor only one bathroom worked I had to weigh in water I told the lady that was working there and she ok like she didn't care and also the ceiling was leaking the service was good I told them about the bathroom so nobody would not get hurt if they fail in the water in the bathroom that would not be good so I tried to call the corporate office about all of this but could not find the number if you are going to have a restaurant please...

My Experience @Ocean's Fish & Chicken was Awesome! I know the wait in the Drive Thru is inconvenient but it is sooo worth it when I know I will get fresh & hot food every time! And they have where you can call ahead for a Call In Order. It is a blessing when you can call ahead and they get your order correct as well. I believe that's important! Side note: if you need your fish fried Hard or Soft they will accommodate that request as well. I am sooo grateful for that because most places will not acknowledge that it is important.
