The only issue was the coupon. I received a phone coupon for a buy a big buffird and get one free. The coupon came through text message. I ordered my meal and proceeded to the window to pay. I gave them my phone with the coupon barcode on it. They tried to scan it but it didn't work. They then told me the store doesn't do phone coupons, they don't take them because it doesn't work. They only take paper coupons. I was soooo disappointed. There should be a sign or something alerting customers that The phone and electric coupons are not accepted right now. Then management should be alerted to possibly fix this for the future. I ended up just ordering one big Buford with fries and an ice cream. Other than that, The service was great! Read moreWent to Rally's on Saturday with the family. Ordered 2 of the $10 combo deals. I have NO idea what sauce they have on the chicken sandwiches, but, it was HORRIBLE. There was so much of it that the wrappers were covered in it. Sometimes, less is more. The veggies on said sandwiches were terrible.. The lettuce was rusted, the tomatoes were soggy and i think between all of the sandwiches we had 1 whole pickle chip. The fries were hot yes, but, appeared to have been dropped in the fryer a couple of times. Super soggy. And the icing on the cake? We received 1 napkin for all of this food. So I called the customer support and all they offered me was a $10 coupon. I declined and asked for a refund of the missing food. They told me all they could do is put in a request and someone may reach out to me. Crickets... no response, not surprised. Poor customer service at the location andat the corporate level.
