Wendy's — Restaurant in Pine Bluff

I was getting my family’s order together when the girl in the drive threw screamed at me for taking too long . I asked her 3 times to give me a moment before she told me tha I HAVE AN ATTITUDE. I ordered anyway and my husband wanted something else but as I approached the window I told him baby we ain’t changing the order because there’s too much tension already. The girl at the window said she can’t serve me and her manager approached.

Their excuse was they have a service time to meet. (That’s an average time of how long it takes them to serve the drive through) THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ME AND I DONT NEED TO KNOW THIER SLAs!

The manager was just as rude and then there was honey all over my bag of food. THEN THEY TOLD ME IF I DONT KNOW WHAT I WANT TO COME INSIDE NEXT TIME … it was morning I was ordering breakfast in my pjs… and NI MAAM I WILL NOT COME INSIDE A RESTAURANT FULL OF AGGRESSIVE PEOPLE WHO DONT RESPECT MY HARD EARNED MONEY!

I AM A SERIOUS REVIEWER FOR GOOGLE AND THE PEOPLE OF PINE BLUFF SHOULD JUST GO TO THE ONE ON 28th IF ANY!

AT SOME POINT THESE LADIES WILL REALIZE THEY ARE IN A SERVICE INDUSTRY! THE CUSTOMER IS NOT WRONG FOR TAKING TIME TO GET THE FAMILIES ORDER CORRECT!

I do not appreciate this at all and I’m sure they will not make it right so I will be complaining to Wendy’s as well! IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB …. DONT SHOE UP TO MAKE CUSTOMERS MISERABLE!!

This is the WORST Wendy’s in Arkansas hands down. I went a few months ago and had horrible service the women at the window berated me about one sweet and sour because I didn’t ask for it at the speaker box. She is more worried about her inventory being off from one sweet and sour than taking care of customers. The one time coffee was available it was ice cold and when I told her it was cold she didn’t believe me even after I put my finger in to show her how cold it was. I tried to give them another chance this morning and wanted to try and get a frostychinno and of course they are not serving coffee. I’m not sure how this franchisee stays in business when the workers refuse to even make coffee in the morning. The employees at this location are ignorant and rude. They are young, simple minded, and some crash dummies. They will play in your food over a simple misunderstanding, they rush you to order so they can hurry up and smoke in their lobby because people don’t go inside, they are led by a someone who is afraid to RUN HER OWN SHIFT, the manager wants to keep her “friendship” instead of remembering why she even became manager!!
