Customer service is dead at this Wendy's. My wife and I often go to either This Wendy's or to Chick-Fil-a. Wendy's is off our list do to two down right ignorant employees. We ordered a taco salad. We were not given the choice of chill in or on the side. The salad was delivered in a closed container. We were eating in the restaurant . We opened the container began to enjoy our salad and the lettuce was wilted. I took the entire salad with the chili on top and wilted lettuce under it to the counter. While walking to the counter I could hear LOUD very Loud rap music coming from the kitchen. When I got to the counter nobody came, I could see one of the prep cooks dancing to the loud Rap music. I said "HELLO" then louder "HELLO", then even louder "HELLO". After which I yelled "turn the music down so you can hear me". To which the dancing cook yelled back, "don't talk to me like that. I'm doing my job". So I told him, over the lower (still loud) music that I had a problem. He again said "You will not yell at me like that." Then an assistant manager came to the counter, and asked how she could help me, while she was trying to quiet the cook and squelch his attitude. I told her the problem with the wilted lettuce, she said it is fresh and not wilted. I asked her to put her finger in the container and see it was in-fact warm and wilted. She refused and said the salad is not wilted. I removed all of the chili topping that was on the salad and put it on the counter and again asked her to feel that the salad was warm and wilted. Now the cook came over to show is distain at my removing the chili and placing it on the counter. The assistant manager talked him back into the cooking area and then insisted the salad was wilted because of the chili. I did not care why it was wilted, I just wanted it to be replaced with a fresh salad. She went to get the Manager. I explained to him how I wanted a taco salad that was not wilted. The assistant manager and cook were watching standing belligerently looking at the manager and I. I told the manager to look behind him at his employees attitudes - he did not. He asked if I wanted the chili on the side. "Yes", that would be fine. He replaced the salad with a fresh one and gave me the chili and other condiments on the side and wished me a good remainder of the day
I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO RUDELY BY ANYONE SERVING THE PUBLIC as by these two people.
I doubt that I will ever eat at this Wendy's again and both employees...
Read moreI went through the drive thru on Friday night around 10:30 pm. I pulled right up the the speaker and ordered my 1 item. I was prompted to pull around to window. I did and was 2nd in line. It took 7 minutes for the car in front of me to be served. That wasn't the issue though. The blond working the window was having a full conversation with the first car. Then she walked away and a male came up and also had a full conversation with the car, while staring back at me. The driver in the car even turned around to look back at the line of niw 4 cars behind him. Then the driver put both hands out hus window and made some hand gesture that I'm not even sure what it meant. Then him and the male worker turned back to stare again. Then the blond worker came and gave the car 1 bag, then a 2nd, then a drink. Then she stared back at me while continuing to talk to the driver. This was at the 6 minute mark. Then after another minute of awkward staring, another bag was given to the car, and he drove off. I pulled up, nothing was said about the entire wait or staring process. Most uncomfortable and awkward drive thru experience I have ever had. Probably a friend or co worker? Very unfriendly and unprofessional. I am sure Dave Thomas would be very dissatisfied. I for one, wont ever visit this...
Read moreVery rude and irresponsible service. We went to dine in and knocking the door and there are guys inside the store but don't even care to attend. It happend 4 times (different time and different day of the week) and only this time one guy replied i think because he had my eye contact. If the store is closed for dine in then please spend a min to put a sign that closed for dine in. As dine in is closed i went through drive through and suggested that to put a sign in or atleast update the site about store time in. He said he cannot and don't want do it. There are lots of shops out and lots of food option.. why the heck we have to come if you are so rude? Being in customer service learn how to handle customers.
