This taco bell is brand new and has a device where a customer can enter the order and pay with the card. We placed our togo order through one of those device (kiosk). Before giving us the order, the main lady took a count and the other lady who prepared it confidently said "yes and everything is in the bag". We found 2 items missing in the bag. Again the lady who did our order was confident that she did not miss anything, we showed her the bag to prove items were indeed missing. She went in got a whole new item which we did not order. We told her this is not what we ordered she went back again came up with the item. We came home, first thing we saw was all the add ons and customizations for which we had paid extra money were all missing. Bean burritos did not have anything except bean and rice. Don't know whether this was intentional to save ingredients and money or they are still learning the game as it is new location. All in all, our dinner was pathetic, thanks taco bell!
edit: looking at the other reviews, it looks they frequently miss items in the order especially togo and drive thru. Folks, double check before you leave this restaurant. Not going...

A lot of the items I ordered were similar, so I skimmed the bag to make sure everything was there, it was, I left. I got home, did my thing,and we started eating, but the toppings on most of the orders were wrong. It may sound minor to some, but because I've been a server and a bartender, a very good one infact, plus having a big,picky, boy- filled family, it's important, but not that hard to get people's orders correct. Especially when it's a big order at fast food. Im going there to make my life easier, but when what we've ordered is wrong, it makes it harder because then I have to hear complaining and usually have to add or remove something to it. Sorry for the rant... That's just always been a huge pet...

Usually at least two things missing. No big deal. Now due to covid-19 my work hours are cut back and lunch breaks are shorter. I cant keep coming through your drive thru for your mistakes. Called talked to management who informed me you got your food I made that bag myself. Correct i got the food but for the person behind me nothing that I ordered. Was told your name will be in the book if you want it later. how about just a refund, oh wait wasn't given a receipt. would really like to be contacted by...
