Brought my daughter here the other day after dinner for a nice little sweet treat & alright Ice did not disappoint! As soon as we walked in we were greeted by multiple staff members. Since it was out first time & we're both really indecisive we took a bit of time looking over the different flavors, & even got try samples a couple before finally figuring out what we wanted. The staff was friendly & knowledgeable, answering all of our questions with ease. My daughter got a double scoop of their "Deepest Darkest Chocolate Secret" on a waffle cone, while I got a double scoop of their espresso & kahlua in a bowl; we also got a pint of the Chocolate Peanut Butter to take home with us to enjoy later. My daughter & I both loved the Ice cream & had a fantastic experience overall. I loved that mine had pieces of actual espresso beans mixed into the ice cream, & my daughter devoured her waffle cone in minutes while somehow managing not to get a brain freeze. The only slight issue we had was that most of the ice cream was partially melted. The staff had just pulled all of the ice cream out of the coolers so they could clean it & scrape down the ice, which I totally understand & I'm not holding that against them. I definitely recommend checking them out if you haven't yet, & I definitely recommend the espresso & kahlua, it will...
Read moreDelicious ice cream in a really cool, boho modern space. There is a lot of seating inside and outside. I love options and they have SO MANY flavors. I also love that they have seasonal flavors.
Service is so friendly and helpful every time we have been in. I appreciate the suggestions for flavor combos and the chance to taste flavors before making a decision.
My favorite so far was the malted dark chocolate. This was a seasonal flavor but it was delicious! Recently tried their white chocolate with malted robin eggs (spring flavor!) and that was yummy too. I'm going to have to try more of their permanent flavors so I don't get sad when the seasonal ones disappear lol. There are also vegan options.
Tons of parking outside, friendly service, prices are not too bad. So glad this...
Read moreI’m sorry, but I cannot leave a good review this time. This is our second visit to Bright Ice; the first time was at the location on 5th Ave. The ice cream was great—not too sweet—and it really tasted good. The place was nice, and we had a good time. Keeping the bathrooms clean would definitely earn them some extra points.
Today, we decided to try the one in Pinellas, but our experience was not good at all. There was a strange smell, the place looked very dirty, and the bathroom was awful. Additionally, the chocolate ice cream was extremely soft and didn't taste good. It’s surprising because this location has a lot of good reviews, but for us, it was a no-go. We’ll give the one on 5th Ave another try in the near future because, at the end, the ice...
