should be negative stars. i ordered online delivery from the app. they didnt cut my pizza, didnt give me the season packets i ordered and instead filled almost a quarter of the box up with their peppers, all the toppings were slid to one side. thats honestly barely what im upset about anymore. the way i was treated by these people over the phone was absolutely ridiculous. they immediately called me a liar and tried to make me feel crazy for even thinking there might be something wrong with the very poorly made pizza sitting right in front of me. they suggested i take the pizza back up to the store and THEN they'll fix the issue. i do not have a vehicle, which is why i ordered delivery. i was brought to tears by the experience only to be told i "dont need to cry over a pizza," as if i wasnt crying because i was just straight up getting bullied by these people. after getting hung up on, yelled at, and enduring this treatment from two or three of their employees, they eventually settled on refunding my money. i couldnt even ask for a guarantee that i'll get my money back without being interrupted and...

I ordered two Papadilias; one Italian one Philly cheese. They were both overcooked and hard. I also ordered a large 'The Works' pizza. There was very little meat on the pizza. There were a few pepperoni scattered on the pizza and a few pieces of sausage spinkled here and there. There seemed to be too much crust; meaning it appeared that there was about two inches of edge crust that wasn't covered with toppings or sauce. When I went in to pick up my order, the young lady at the counter was extremely friendly and the interior of the restaurant was very clean. The overall taste of the items was good; it was just the hard crust on the Papadilias and haphazard construction of the pizza that made them unsatisfactory. Ordered delivery. Missing items from my order for the third time. Tried to call and no one answered so I drove to the store. Got there, asked to speak with a manager, and waited for the manager to be available. the phone rang the entire time I was there. No one attempted to answer it. Paid a delivery fee but I had to go pick up my order and it was a DoorDasher who delivered the other part of my order. I might as well just order through DoorDash. Clerk at the front said he didn’t know what I wanted him to do about my missing items so I told him I wanted what I paid for.
