Smoothie King — Restaurant in Pineville

I am giving this place 2 stars because the smoothies are really good. My problem was the young lady that works there was extremely unprofessional. This is my first experience getting smoothies. I ordered 3 different types all of them are red in color. She hands me them out the drive thru window and hurries up and shuts the window. I'm looking at the smoothie and nothing is marked on the cups to tell me which one is which. I had to tink my car twice to get her to come back to the window. I ask her which one is which and she simple states the red one is this the lighter red one is that and the other one is the last order. I then say well they all the look the same to me in color can ya tell me which is which and states well I just told you and walks away. This was very unprofessional in a food service organization. Needless to say We had to try all three before we found out whose drink was whose. If I choose to go back to a smoothie king it will not...

Usally I would give 4 or 5 stars but not tonight. I understand wanting to clean up and go home. I work in retail so I get it, at the end of your shift you dont care to be bothered. We got to the drive through almost 20 mins till 9. The lights in drive through was on. One of the two girls working could have atleast told us they closed early instead of finally coming by the window laughing. If your going to say your open until 9 you should atleast stay open until 10 mins till or turn the drive through...
