I have been using this location in Pineville on 165 for years but won't be going back anytime soon. I went a few weekends ago and ordered food and ice cream. When we got our food there were no dipping sauce for our tenders. No problem it happens, so I called and informed them and they said they would bring it out. I saw the carhop we had come out and go away from our car so assumed we would be next. After another 5 mins I called back and got extremely rude carhop Jessica, who was very rude and told me she had already brought it out to us. I told her she didn't and she came out to our car and started raising her voice to both my husband and I saying she had already brought it out to us, I again told her no, she came out and went to another car, but attempted to hand her the bag to check since she thinks we are lying. I even told her to roll back the camera footage if there is any and she will see she came out and went to a completely different vehicle. She then looked at us and walked inside. A minute later she comes out and practically throws the sauce at us and screams in a nasty attitude to have a great day, and have the day you deserve. After we left I called their number and politely asked to speak to a manager, I heard the person who answered say "Crystal do you want to take this?" before putting me on hold. About 30 seconds later Jessica rudely answers and I hung up as it is very unprofessional that the manager didn't handle this and had the employee who I had an issue with answer. I never call and ask for managers bc I understand we all have bad days, but this bad experience was on another level and i felt she was one second away from becoming violent and I didnt want this to happen to someone else. I called the 800 number and reported my issue. I was told someone would follow up with me, since then I have reported it via email and by survey with still no contact or follow up. Clearly shows that corporate and the local company doesn't care and finds it acceptable for their employees to treat ppl that way. Read moreIf you order anything but ice cream products you will be okay. They do a fairly good job at the cooked foods, as far as fast food goes.
If you want an ice cream treat, well that's a whole different story. The chances of you getting anything remotely close to what you order is slim to none. If you specifically ask them (and they acknowledge no less) to hold the whip cream and cherry off your shakes you can rest assured they will arrive with whip cream AND a cherry. If you politely ask them to fix the order because you ordered a vanilla shake and a chocolate shake WITHOUT whip cream and cherries they will bring you back TWO CHOCOLATE shakes without the whip cream and cherries.
I have yet to get a Sonic Blast that was made correctly. Cookies & Cream is my flavor of choice and just once I would like to see the cookies & cream reach the mid point of the cup. If they are too lazy or inept to make it properly they could at least charge me for half (much less actually) of a Blast and half for a cup of ice cream because in actuality, that is exactly what it is.

The carhop, Ben, walked out, gave me a drive-by reading of my order and even after I said "I only caught half of what you said, buddy." he just handed me my stuff and walked off.
