Butter Pecan Bakeshop — Restaurant in Pinole

Cookies are amazingly delicious buttery and soft with a nice crunch. Chile I’d walk to Pinole to get these cookies 🍪. The consistency is always the same as well as fresh. Hands down this place is the best thing since Blue Chip Cookies (cookie store that was around in the 90’s). The store is lovely, clean and the customer service is always good. They’re courteous, patient and friendly, as well as quick with packaging your order. I only wish that they were closer, but trust me their cookies are worth the drive. Before I can get home I’ve already devoured 2 cookies 🍪. I was not aware that they had shipping and delivery options. Now knowing that, I will certainly use it to have some delivered to my sister as a surprise. Wishing this small black owned business continued success and I will definitely continue to support we love the yumminess. I have referred lots of family and friends too. BTW, the brown butter pecan is amazing, strawberries and cream, oatmeal raisin and pecan, salted dark chocolate are all super delicious. I usually don’t post reviews but this place deserves...

UPDATE 6/27/24: the brown butter pecan is still my favorite cookie! I'm in town again, and this time I had the opportunity of physically going to the Pinole shop. I love seeing that you have more locations - congratulations and praying for your continued success 🙏🏽

UPDATE to my review below. I'm still visiting, but I'm in Sacramento. I asked my mom to bring me some cookies and she did! Her and a coworker went this past Thursday, and although they were still closed they let them in. Thank you for doing that because I wouldn't have my cookies if you didn't!

My mom brought me 4 different types of cookies. Of course I went for the brown butter pecan first - this cookie is everything!!!

Wow!!! I live here in Pinole and want to support local business. Sometimes my support is a one time thing considering the product or service was subpar. But.... this place is super legit!! Some of the best cookies I have eaten in a while!! We tried 5 of their flavors and got one cookie free. As a fellow baker and food industry veteran please visit this spot. You won't be disappointed. The banana pudding flavor is usually not my jam but I have turned into a believer. It is crave worthy. I generally don't leave reviews unless something is painfully terrible or amazingly delightful. Butter Pecan cookies are definitely the latter. I will be back and will use this place as my new go-to for gifts. Great job...
