02/13/2022 A mask is needed to enter, and as of today's visit, the sign says "proof of vaccination is required"; when we stepped in, we weren't asked for it, but we showed it anyway.

Fabulous new place!! A must-try!

My husband and I have been waiting for this place to open (thanks, COVID), and luckily, they were able to finally do so. The inside is lovely, spacious and bright. Our server was so kind and fast after we ordered. I was sitting in a place where I could watch my sushi being prepared--boy, was that cool! The two sushi chefs know their trade very well, and I was excited to see my meal. It was absofruitly wonderful!

My husband got unagi don, a spicy tuna roll, and an Alaska roll. His meal came with miso soup, and a small salad. He raved about each of them.

I got a miso soup, small salad, and a 49'er roll--one of the best I've ever had. The miso soup seems to be a dashi + miso base, which some people might find a bit too fishy (I gave half of mine to my husband).

The menu isn't exorbitant, but its got a decent selection. It has enough regular staple sushi and sashimi orders to satisfy most sushi eaters, and the selection of ramen options is great--I'll be coming back for that when I've got more of an appetite. From what I saw of our distantly neighboring patron's meals, they're generous servings, and the contents look delicious!

There was a steady stream of customers coming in while we were enjoying our meal, but there's plenty of room and space, so we weren't all squashed together. As a vaccinated, COVID-conscious person, I felt comfortable eating here. It was a date for my husband and myself away from kids and out in the world, the first we've had in two years!

The outside of the little place isn't fancy, almost unnoticeable, but it's worth coming inside and giving them a try. All the old adages apply: "Don't judge a book by its cover" , and "Looks can be deceiving". Inside the nondescript restaurant is a...

We have been driving by this Ramen restaurant a handful of times lately and thought we would try it this afternoon. The parking lot is not too big, but when arrived at around 2pm on a Sunday afternoon; there were plenty of parking. We were seated quickly and the waiter immediately brought us cups & 2 bottles of iced water. As a water drinking person, I was appreciative. We ordered the Hurricane Roll, Black Garlic Ramen & Miso Ramen (with everything on the side & extra ramen). The Hurricane Roll was okay; nothing to rave about. It got the job done. The Black Garlic Ramen was also good enough to get by. Surprisingly, there were no actual garlic in the soup. The soup in the Black Garlic Ramen was luke warm and non-spicy. If you like the soup to be "hot" I would recommend you let the waiter know ahead of time while placing your order. In order to make the Ramen spicy, there is also pepper oil and some sort of seasoning in the condiment tray. The plain Miso Ramen was good enough for some picky eaters 🤣😂😅😂. All in all, it's a nice clean restaurant to try; if you're tired of your usual eateries. The waiter and the sushi maker are nice people. Please drop by if you're in the area and would like to try a new...

Went to this highly-starred restaurant to celebrate my new job and the reviews did not disappoint. My partner and I each got the black garlic ramen, and the spider roll to share. In all honesty, we probably could have shared the ramen, too!

The ramen was cooked to a medium texture and the rebirth was beautifully emulsified. The edges of the the chashu were exceptionally flavory, and I thought the grill marks added a nice touch. The eggs were delicious (I actually got extra), and I liked all the toppings that came standard.

The spider roll was also super good. It was the first one I ordered where they took the time to give us “spider-legs,” and I really appreciated that, while there was an abundance of sauce, the pieces of sushi were not actually over-sauced themselves. I was quite pleased with that.

Overall, a nice find. Perhaps the sushi was a bit pricey for the portion, but the ramen more than made up for it and everything tasted...
