Seoul Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Pinole

The atmosphere is very "hole in the wall" but cozy. Most other customers we saw were picking up to-go orders but we chose to dine in. There was just one guy working front-of-house and he took the time to be really attentive and took good care of us. The food was totally delicious and the portions were generous. The highlight of the meal was the chicken but we also tried the cheesy potato pancake, which had a hearty, homemade taste.
