Wendy's, as many fast food options, is a disposable run in experience. Never super memorable, but hopefully hot food with a quick time turn around. This Wendy's was the best experience ever in a Wendy's, and dare say any drive in. First and foremost the drive through experience was quick and efficient. I could ACTUALLY hear the attendant clear and concise when speaking. No crackling, or miscommunication. Polite and quick, got our order the first time. We , being number four in line, reached the window fast. The employee was polite, AND could count back change after we gave the cash. I find many drive through employees without the register, can't count change. We pulled around to eat, and it was by far the best tasting junior cheese burger I have ever had. I usually dislike Wendy's, my husband loves it, so usually a junior cheeseburger is all I get. It was delicious. Before hitting the road, we parked to eat and I went inside to use the restroom. The employee at the clerk greeted me, unheard of! The establishment was impeccably clean, and even had a fireplace and flat screen in the eating area! This was by far the best experience one could ask for in quick stop bite to eat. The employees were friendly, the place was clean and the food was good....
   Read moreClueless. I use the Wendy's mobile app to pay for my purchase. When I rolled up to the window, the cashier said that location doesn't use mobile ordering. I told her that I knew that and I was using the Wendy's app for mobile pay, not mobile ordering. She was totally perplexed. I told her to ask her manager for help. He knew what to do and instructed her accordingly. This is not the only Wendy's location wherein the employees are totally clueless when presented with the Wendy's app. I don't carry cash and use mobile pay for most of my purchases. Wendy's, train your employees. It's a digital world.
Update:. I dropped by, today, to buy a big, fat Baconator! Yeah, baby! When I presented my Wendy's mobile app in the drive-thru lane, the Wendy's dude knew what it was and processed my payment without any questions or puzzled looks. I asked kindly if he could find out so he did. He returned saying that they don't. Okay, no biggie. I ordered the Half Size Apple Pecan Salad, a few minutes later it was brought to my table. How nice. I started putting the dressing on then I thought this isn't the correct dressing. This salad is suppose to be dressed with Pomegranate Vinaigrette. The dressing I received was Italian. As I'm trying to figure out which is the correct dressing by looking on the website, I'm realizing that I didn't get the pecans that go with it either.
