I recently had the pleasure of visiting Barking Bee Coffee at their tent in the Trussville farmers market, which is ran ever Saturday morning, and it was an experience that left a lasting impression. Heather, the talented coffee roaster, was a delight to interact with. Her sweet demeanor and extensive knowledge made the visit truly memorable.

May 13th 2022 Update: 3rd time visiting the shop and I’m still so impressed with the coffee, the shop & the staff! I met the owner at the Pinson Farmers Market; she’s a great example of how the staff treats customers & I got to share how excited I was for their business to be here! Tried the English Toffee frappuccino today and it was really good, reminds me of a butterscotch candy (but better because it includes coffee)!

FINALLY got back in town to try this spot! I got a small blended mocha with an expresso shot - my first sip had me saying “oh my God this is good!” If you’re a regular to Starbucks, in Barking Bee the coffee doesn’t give off that “uniquely burnt” taste that Starbucks can give. They sell their own bags of coffee, some sweets and something I thought was super smart, with a little notice they even make K Cups! Barking bee coffee never fails to deliver the BEST tasting coffee! I absolutely love their coffee and the owner Heather is amazing. She is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about her coffee. She was able to direct me to the best fit for my taste the first time I tried her coffee. Since then I have tried all of the different blends and have not been disappointed with any of them.
