I usually always go to Troy's Burger King and I order a rodeo burger. I went to Piqua's and the guy at the cash register politely informed me that they no longer have rodeo burgers on the menu for their location but they have all the products to make one. I asked him if they were able to ring in a bacon cheeseburger and make it as a rodeo burger. The cooks in the back said they are able to make that. The guy at the register said he must ask his boss before he rings it in because he is new at the register. The old grumpy manager was working at the window. When the nice guy went to ask the manager she had this annoyed look on her face and ignored him. They were literally standing 5 feet away from me. He asked her again and she just shook her head no. I was so shocked. One because they have all the products to make the burger, two the bacon cheeseburger costs $1.29 (from my understanding the same price as a rodeo burger) the 3rd main reason I was upset was because the managers attitude was so nasty. Maybe she is was having a bad day but that is no reason to have a bad attitude towards others. I asked the guy at the register if I could talk to his manager. A different manager comes to the register and the old grumpy lady follows behind. The nice manager said "of course we can make that for you." She apologized to me and said the guy at the register is new and does not know how to ring certain things in. The guy just stood there and did not say a word. I was so upset that he was the one being blamed. The guy at the register was very polite. I don't understand how the old grumpy lady...
Read moreIt's B.K. the drink station is ALWAYS - always a sticky - sloppy mess ! Almost makes you cringe. So today I had to ask for fresh fries because they were definitely not fresh and just lightly warm. Seemed to put off the manager - but I deserve hot food. They were NOT busy - but the manager was running the drive thru and the counter. Once she took my order and money, she moved to the drive thru window to deal with a customer complaint and my sandwich sat in the warmer area for at least 8 more minutes. The fries had been made and were hot - and I still stood there waiting. I counted 6 people working and no customers in the dining room. No sense in such poor customer service. I hesitated to even stop there today. I bet next time I just keep going... Seems like the employees are always complaining amongst themselves about something and they don't seem to care who hears them . I don't want to listen to you crying about your lack of hours or who is going home at 3pm that day or who needs to stock lids and cups .... It's been a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience the last three times I stopped...
Read moreHe has been here for a month and I had a bad experience with a manager on duty. I decide to go today, give it a second chance. The person in charge of shift treats customers badly. The dining room says it closes at 12 and at 9:30 it doesn't tell us that it closes in half an hour. He had not trained the employee correctly, he made his mistakes (which did not bother us) we simply explained what we had asked for and the manager on duty tells us that he cannot do anything and comes back and charges us again. He doesn't know anything about what he's doing. We notify him that we had incomplete orders and he tells us that we had taken something (which was not true). I'm not really going back. It didn't just happen with us. other customers came in and he had the same attitude towards them. It should be noted that the manager in shift hours was doing...
