Taco Bell — Restaurant in Piqua

To be honest, I’m not the person to leave reviews on anything. But my last straw with this Taco Bell was tonight. I ordered a nacho bellgrande meal. I always get no tomato, extra sour cream, and extra nacho cheese. And apparently they just decided to give me an entire ice cream scoop comparison of beans. All in one spot. And hardly any meat. I also got a cantina crispy chicken taco tonight and LITERALLY only received like… 5 little pieces of chicken. I’m an absolute Taco Bell lover and it’s always my go-to. I’ve given this Taco Bell the benefit of the doubt many of times but everytime, I am proven wrong. I don’t even order Baja blast anymore because every time I do order it, it tastes like carbonation bubbles, water and half of an Oz of syrup. I learned my lesson after quite a few visits. I’d rather travel to Troy Taco Bell from piqua where I live… than go here… just to get my food right and actually GOOD and FRESH. It’s like they don’t even care or don’t even wanna try. They don’t speak up on the speaker, and they always have me repeat myself at least 3 times for the littlest, easiest item. Tonight I said Mountain Dew (because as stated before, I don’t order my favorite drink, Baja Blast, any more.) and I repeated that 3 times also. My boyfriend who was on the phone with me even said “dang how many times do you have to repeat yourself.”

Whoever is the manager here… needs to do better. Or find somewhere else to manage that best suits them. Because this is ridiculous. Like I said, I don’t usually leave reviews but this time… it is happening. And it makes me even more disappointed when I see MULTIPLE reviews just like mine.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. This is the second time they rang up an item when they were out of the sauce that goes on there. First time they just gave me the item with the wrong sauce, even after I paid extra for sauce, and I had to come back. Awhile back they gave me 3 chicken burritos with beef on them. Don’t know why I kept giving them a chance. Thank goodness I asked for extra sauce this time, or it would’ve happened again. So I asked for three “regular” tacos instead, they give me 3 supreme tacos. When I called someone named Jessica said “well that’s what was on our screen.” I’m sure! Probably rang it up wrong. I had to come back and get new tacos. They refused to throw the old food away for me which I’m sure is some Health Department thing. But, they totally could’ve thrown away the bag for me. I was so put off by the time I was home, I couldn’t even eat my tacos. I have two bags of Taco Bell for no reason, not going to get eaten. Just trying to get food after a long day at work. Went: 3/10/23 This place has went extremely down to the point I'd say this is probably one of the worst taco bells out there. I gave them more than once and was respectful. I just wanted my order fixed. Two guys in there just goofing off, not caring at all and of course I wasted my time driving back out and such just to have it messed up ALL over again. YOU ONLY HAD 2 ITEMS TO FIX. At this point I'll drive clear across the other side of town. Or even to another whole area just to never come here again because this has been a consistent thing for a very long time. Stop being greedy and get better workers even if it means offering more because good lord if you're not you'll probably go out of business with the levels of services you are...
