Figured I would give them another try and it will be the last. There is ZERO adults working at night and if there is one they are hiding. Now I see why there is no lines and not very many people in the dining room. They can’t get orders right let alone ring up an order. My wife went to get the beast box and one thing that comes with it is chocolate bars. 3 beast boxes and ZERO chocolate bars. Unfortunately it was discovered when my wife came home. She called and spoke to a kid that has ZERO customer service skills. Ohh you wanted the chocolate bars? Do you have to order it with the meal to make sure you get it? Isn’t it part of the meal? Guess not here. First time shame on you, second time shame on us for trying a second time. Ok so went thru the drive-thru and the kid taking my order was trying to rush me when I had 4 orders and No one was in line. He butchered my name upon ordering and when we checked the food as soon as we got out of line, I was missing part of my order. Unfortunately I ordered 4 meals. Only got 3. The chicken sandwich meal which I paid for didn't have fries. My 1 chicken strip kids meal didn't have the chicken strip, just fries. Talk about disappointing. And why do you have 10 people at the drive-thru doors yet half are just standing around doing nothing?. There wasn't anyone checking the orders and a lot of confusion. Food was super hot, straight out the fryer....fries were fresh, but yalls staff gotta improve on spelling skills and following thru with instructions when it comes to orders and handoff...

When Zaxby's first opened, the food was good. The place has gone down hill. It has been a while since our visit tonight. First, we noticed the menu had changed and has become extremely limited. We ordered two 6-piece chicken fingers with fries. When we got home to eat, the food was so salty it was inedible. Salt was even on the bread. It was picked up from the salty chicken and fries. Additionally, the toasted bread had a light rancid taste. This is likely coming from the grill/griddle where they toast the bread. Though the sweet tea was a bit too sweet, I could deal with it.
