Arby's — Restaurant in Pittsburg

I love Arby's and since I moved cross country I was expecting to not have it for quite some time but then found out there actually was this location just about an hour away. Can't even tell you how stoked I was.

Of course, like always, the food was delicious, but sadly like others have mentioned I ended up having items from my order missing. Sadly I didn't check the first time it happened and after a long drive home I wasn't willing to drive all the way back. The next time they actually fooled me because I counted and thought it was all there but found out at home that instead of large roast beefs there were juniors.

In all honesty if you love Arby's then it's still probably worth the hassle of having to check each and every item, but hopefully things will improve at...

Went through the drive through to grab something from the drive home. There was only one vehicle ahead of me, it took almost 15 minutes after I placed my order to actually get it. It was just after the lunch hour rush. I ordered the Chicken Ranch Jalapeño Wrap combo. The gentleman that took my order greeted me with "what can I make fresh for you today?". Oh how I wish it had been made fresh. I wouldn't be writing this if it was. The wrap was tough, the chicken was dry, very little ranch, one bite of jalapeño. Got a DoorDash for pickup from here. They were in the back sitting and talking(not making any orders) for at least 7-8 minutes before even acknowledging my calls to get their attention. They then went back to help the solo customer in the drive through despite me being there almost 10 minutes prior. They then claimed “they didn’t get my order yet” despite me having had accepted the order 20 minutes before and confirmed me being at the store 10 minutes before.
