Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Pittsburg

Always pleased with my food from Jimmy's John's. Over the past year their service and delivery times have suffered immensely. The past several months the wait time has been at least 30 minutes. Today it was 1 hour and 21 minutes. After one hour I called the store and was told that the driver had just pulled up to pick up my order. No apology offered from the person on the phone. Contactless delivery knocked on the door and left my order by the door. The delivery driver waved and said, "sorry for the delay." A different delivery driver has regularly placed the food and drink directly in front of the screen door, requiring me to gently push the door open and reach around it to make sure the drink isn't...

I placed my order a little before 11. Almost an hour later, I checked my app to see where my order was. It said it was delivered. It was not out front, so I called the store and the driver told me she dropped it off at the second to last house. I walked over and checked and it was not there. I called the store back and told them this and asked if they could just refund my order. The person I talked to was very rude and did not seem to care that the order was not delivered to my house. She got an attitude and cut me off finally saying she would refund my order. My address is clearly marked on my house. I will not be ordering from this jimmy John’s again. Horrible...

I have a coworker who ordered food for delivery and it was delivered to the wrong address; she called to let them know and I was APPAULED on how she was spoken to by the delivery driver and the manager. She was immediately given attitude and was told it was her fault when she asked for a refund and they fought her on it and they told her she needed to apologize! She stood her ground with them and she was spoken to with such disrespect and HORRIBLE customer service!
