McDonald's — Restaurant in Pittsburg

If I could have rated this zero stars, I would have. We went in at 10, the store says it’s open 24 hours. The app claimed they were open until 11p.m. It had just turned 10. They were basically telling everyone they were done for the night and locking the door behind the people they kicked out. I had told them I ordered and paid online already. They sighed super loudly and let me in to make my food. Didn’t even make it all, gave me a refund for my fries but it wasn’t even a full refund for them. The staff was rude, were cussing like crazy, one girl even claimed she wasn’t going to properly clean the floor because she didn’t feel like it. They were awful and clearly just trying to get me out of the restaurant even though I was waiting patiently for my food. IF YOU ARE ABLE TO GO TO ANOTHER...

Placed a mobile order at 9:55 am, arrived at a stall spot and checked in at 10:10 am, then waited an additional 25 minutes to be served, 2 mcmuffins, 2 breakfast burritos, 2 hash browns, and a coke and orange juice. It took just over 40 minutes to be served a small to average size order of the most common things on their breakfast menu, with ordering ahead and giving ample time. With it being delivered burnt and missing straws for the drinks.

I don't expect alot from McDonald's but I do expect the minimum of non burnt food and a timely order from a FAST food restaurant.

The staff also didn't acknowledge any amount of wait I experienced.

Order made wrong, I had two orders one I placed online and it was a hot and spicy mcchicken plain with only cheese, which is extra. It was made regular with shredded lettuce and mayo. Then I had an order of a large fry and a large diet dr pepper no ice. I got the large fry just fine but they gave me a drink with ice and I asked to make sure it was diet dr pepper. I told them its fine if there's ice but I wanted to make sure its diet dr pepper. He said i think it is? It was not. It was a coke I don't even know if it was diet coke so i couldn't drink it because I cant have soda thats not diet for health reasons.
