Pittsburg Five Star Burger — Restaurant in Pittsburg

Regarding Five Star Burgers on Harbour St. On a good review and all of the positive comments I read I went there. It was very good the first few times I went. Employees were very nice, food was very good. Then today while sitting in the car waiting for order right at the window we witnessed some disturbing employee behavior. The one female employee that was taking orders for the drive thru (Stephanie G.) was cleaning her fingernails out. She was the one that was going to get our soft serve cone. She touched her face (no mask) with one cone in her hand and it touched her hair. We told the cashier what we seen and that we would like someone else to make it. Stephanie G. threw the cone and said "fine then." She then continued taking orders with her hands inside her pants touching her backside! She even came to the window and had her hands in her pants. Did someone force her to work there? She...

The indoor seating wasn't even close to being clean. I recommended a thorough deep cleaning, even the window seals were dusty as hell. MAYBE the ginormous Industrial Fan blowing was the reason for the dust, but it appeared to me as if NO ONE CLEANED the diner while on lockdown.

As for the Burgers & Fries... WOW, 5 STARS all the way!!! VERY GOOD! They have a huge menu and I will return to try other burgers! It's Affordable and...

Spent over $70 on food, they got one of my sandwiches wrong, I took it back in so they could correct it and they reused the old patties off the other sandwich instead of making me a fresh sandwich, which means you used your hands and whatever else to scrape the stuff I didn't ask for off the old patties and just added new bread. That's crazy. I could understand if the food was cheap, but for real? The food is...
