I’ve been eating here at least once a month with my boyfriend. The service was great.. until today! We were completely racially profiled! The service was never this bad but also the restaurant was never this full when we’d go. The crab fried rice had a lot of shell in it (which we’ve never experienced in the past). I asked the waitress about it and if it was soft shell crab for us to be able to eat it and her response was “it’s too late to send it back” (keep in mind we weren’t trying to send it back) also she added gratuity to our bill when there was only 2 of us. She brought the check out while we were still eating and kept coming back to see if we were ready to pay it. I also asked the women 2 chairs down from us if gratuity was added to their bill and they responded no. When trying to talk to another guy that is always there about it he literally walked away mid conversation. After she finally took the gratuity off (3rd time asking) we did not leave a tip and she had the nerve to yell and say NO TIP?!! Read moreOur waitress was EXTREMELY RUDE, I’ve never been on a situation where the waitress ask for tips (in a rude way) and after we give her a tip based on her service (it was a terrible attention) she had the nerve to approach me on the door and told me IF YOU DONT WANT TO PAY FOR SERVICE ORDER TAKE OUT NEXT TIME I said ok and left. This has a lot of to say about this restaurant, 0% professional and the food was not that good.
During our dinner the service was really bad I asked for non spicy dish and she brought me spicy food when I told her she told me to mix it with rice and after insisting she more coconut milk on it but it ruin the taste. We also asked for help to open a bottle and the waitress will just ignore us. Is just ridiculous how she could have the guts to come for me when I was leaving and treat me that way. TERRIBLE...
Read moreThe slowest staff I have ever met. I waited an hour for my order. They made a bunch of orders that were unnecessary and no one took them. Why my order was not a priority, I do not understand, because I have already come for it. Quickly serve only those who eat in the institution, for tips, I guess. Delivery drivers are also at work, that was wild disrespect. An hour later, they said that they had lost my order and I had to wait some more. If they don't respect drivers, why don't they respect people who order online through apps. If you have other priorities, then why conclude a contract with deliveries.
