You know I'm happy TCC wireless fired me because fraud is rampant in this store(2180) and TCC in general. No matter how many complaints you make no one does anything. The store manager of this location will fraud your account by adding features that cost you money, create accounts and order devices under potential customers name without that potential customers knowledge, and his higher ups will encourage it if they don't have to reprimand the person frauding. If you feel that this has happened to you I highly encourage you as a customer of TMobile to contact Tmobile's fraud department and get compensated for the money you shouldn't have spent and to have your accounts fixed. Oh and the reason they fired me was because I tried to sell a personal phone of mine to a person that didn't have a lot money and claimed was stranded and needed a phone to use Uber. So I sold him one of my phones and a $15 prepaid service in an attempt to show this person compassion and that I could help. The person wasn't happy with the phone, So I met up with him and refunded his money. He was angry because I wouldn't give back his money in cash and told him I would refund his money back to his daddy's credit card. This person then went on a spree of slander to have me fired, it got cleared up months ago and after I decided to put my 2 weeks in they used that to fire me in an attempt to blackball me from ever working for any other tmobile store corporate or third party retailer...
Read moreSprint is listed on the mast head as a "part of T Mobile". However, they sure do not act like it. I went to the store to take advantage of an offer my wife received from them. After a review of my account I was told I was not eligible for the offer. After some discussion I decided to to move to a new plan on T Mobile. I left the store to go home to review my plan and to determine my costs. I returned to the store all set to go to the new plan with "T Mobile". However, i was told that the move was not possible until I talked with Sprint and got their support staff to approve the move. After over a half hour phone call I got everything squared away with Sprint and returned for a third visit to the store. After being directed to a staff member and stating my desired interest I was greated with total disregard. The staff member not only did not acknowledge my presence but indeed put his head done to apparently text. I left the store. Now I decided to see if the service at the T Mobile store in the Waterfront was any better but upon entering the store I found that since this store started as a Sprint store their phone offerings are significantly different than a T Mobile store. At this point I can not recommend either this store...
Read moreT mobile is a GREAT carrier, but service at this location was abysmal. Despite the fact that I use T-Mobile and pay them for my service every month , the employees here completely ignored me once they realized that the assistance I was requesting (on my second fully paid off T-Mobile iphone, not cheap!) was not something that would earn them commissions . They were, however, so concerned about their âquotasâ that an employee interrupted my phone call with the help line to ask me to tell my fiancĂ© not to walk past the door because it âactivated the sensorsâ and âmesses up their stats with corporateâ. Not one of the four employees in the totally empty store made any effort to assist us. I still think T-Mobile is a great carrier, but the employees at this location need some serious retraining in customer service. Stay with T-Mobile, but do NOT go to this store unless youâre...
