China Taste Restaurant — Restaurant in Pittsburgh

I’m from Philly and today would be my second time (in a row) I have gotten their food. I been in Pittsburgh for a year and tried a different restaurant and told myself I would NEVER buy Chinese food in this city again but I have literally been CRAVING Chinese food and couldn’t help myself to this little gem. The lady who answers calls and who usually in the front is amazing! Very professional and so so nice!! Today I told her what I thought about this place and she told me they would be there for 20 years this month I believe (I’m a hard of hearing in one ear so I could of been mistaken) and 20years of dedication I can tell! It’s very much appreciated. I get their general tsos chicken. FLAVORFUL, NICE FRESH HOT AND MADE TO A CRISP JUST HOW I LIKE IT. I would recommend to my coworkers and trust I will be back! Thank you China Taste for all your hard work and dedication.

Stopped here for lunch a few months back and it was surprisingly good.. Wanted the ole lady to try it tonight. We took a risk ordering after 10 in the first place but we went for it... Boy oh boy NEVER AGAIN.. Dirty shrimp in the eggs rolls .. The chicken in the fried rice is chewy (ewwww). The sesame chicken and general tso taste identical.. If I didn't pay 50 bucks for this garbage it wouldn't be so bad.. Enjoy that 50$ you'll never receive another penny from us . oh yeah let's not forget the lo mien. Taste like the noodles were cooked in a chemical... If you have to stop here, make sure it's for lunch they'll probably take more pride in the food and it's alot more cheaper.. Hopefully this helps someone. I just paid 48 dollars on that junk and now we're headed to eat n park to spend more.. Great...

I was dying to try China Tast Restaurant and it didn't disappoint whatsoever!!! Hot, fresh, flavorful food! The owners were very welcoming and personable—I left with a smile. No wonder this establishment has been this successful for a while. I left with the lunch special, which you also can't beat at $7.50! Fried rice, an entree, egg roll, and soft drink (soup if you sit-in) made for a sizable, filling portion. It's the best when you have high expectations of a restaurant, and they are met. Do visit China Taste Restaurant, and you won't be disappointed. I've found my new favorite Chinese...
