Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Pittsburgh

Horrible! Took my clients for a frozen treat after running errands. One got coffee and asked for heath bar in it, the guy making it kept saying pecans. Didn't mix it and had a cluster of pecans right in the center. Also was told it tasted like vanilla not coffee. Second client got birthday cake bash or whatever. Had huge frozen brownie chunks in it and forgot the sprinkles. I got cheesecake delight, the guy making my was too busy not wanting to do his job didn't mix it only gave me 2 strawberries and 3 blueberries all in the middle and took his gloves off to talk to some other guy on a Doordarshan phone and dropped half mine on the floor then refused to remake it. Terrible service, terrible employees...

The ice cream is delicious, however, that is where I have to give this location a thumbs down. The staff is rude and extremely unaccomidating. It is run by children (teens) and the training must be non-existent. I have worked in a service industry of one kind or another most if my working life and I have a difficult time understanding the lack of enthusiasm and work ethic in the employees of this store. The owner or reginal manager or whomever runs this store needs to take a hard look at the current employees. There are many people in this world who would love to have a job they can be...

I was in this past Saturday. I left my phone there. When I called, Nick remembered what we had ordered and said that he knew it was mine and would hold onto it until I could get there. When I got there to pick it up, I got in the very long line that had formed. He called me up to the front of the line to give me my phone. I tried to tip him directly. He would not take the money and said that they just want to make sure that property left there gets back to its rightful owner. He was super nice and not rushed with one person.
