usually shop at this store and have always found the staff to be very respectful. However, today was a different experience. There was a new cashier—thin with long black hair—who initially seemed pleasant. She offered me a store credit card, and when I politely declined, explaining that I already have too many, her attitude changed noticeably. She became silent, didn’t offer me a bag (which I intended to pay for), and handed me the receipt without a word, as if I wasn’t even there. I’m not sure if opening day was rough or if people just have wild standards, but this store was immaculate and the staff was amazing. Unlike a lot of other Homegoods locations, these aisles were very wide with a lot of space to roam, so they’re more accessible for folks with mobility devices, strollers, or even just shopping carts. So today August 31st is the grand opening. I went in to check out what this store has to offer, they do have some really nice stuff,however the staff is not friendly at all. I'm not sure if I would go back to purchase anything just because of how rude the staff is. I also didn't like that they only have one door.
