El Pariente Taco Shop — Restaurant in Pittsburgh

Have been getting gas at the BP for a while now, but never taken the time to try some tacos. The woman was very friendly and helpful. She made the tacos fresh and pretty quickly. I tried chicken, chorizo, and carnitas traditional tacos with chips and queso/salsa. Carnitas was good, chicken was really good, and chorizo was the best I've had in a long time. Queso and salsa were better than you get in most restaurants. The woman even gave me a small treat for my first visit, and was willing to chit chat a little which I appreciated. I might have to order a taco every time I get gas now. Overall, another hidden gem tucked into good...

I have been stopping by since they opened , and I can't believe I haven't reviewed yet apologies...

But the staff the food is amazing authentic , you can watch them prepare recipes and cook the food .

I have gotten to go so many times and tried almost everything ! And socially those late night I knew they always would be open to feed me!.

I think people think it's weird because it's inside a BP but if actually sit in .. it feels like a real Latin restaurant.

I will ways stop here when I want some good affordable food super close to home ...

This is one of those little gems that you want to tell everyone about ,but you really want to keep it for yourself . Mother daughters run. Home cooking! Endless stream of local Workers eat their break here. And that is what this place is actually all about. Situated in the back of a BP gas station, the dinning is Clean, efficient, and YES, really Good. This is what I grew up with in Texas. Nostalgia never tasted so...
