Do not place large orders at this location without expecting some issues. Also make sure to have your receipt readily available if there are any issues. If you don’t, expect attitude from the employees when it comes time to fix the issue. Corporate saved their employees today by refunding my order but this is by far the worst customer service I have ever had at any Panera location.

High level issues: Online Order was said to be ready, was not when we came in to pick it up. Bagels were asked to be sliced (specified on online order) but was not. When requested, was given attitude from staff “Make sure that it is requested next time prior.” When slicing the bagels, the cutting machine bagel holder dropped a few times on the floor, and they continued to use the SAME holder. Talk about health concerns!! They missed a few items on the order. Spoke to manager right after, they didn’t care about what happened, only...

Staffing issues from over the pandemic are more than resolved and this location usually has good stock of everything. Service is usually speedy, though can be slow during peak hours. Order accuracy is very good, with the biggest oops in a dozen orders being accidentally getting some food packaged to-go. When stock is out, the staff's been good about substituting it to keep the dish on the menu. I've even enjoyed taking advantage of this "sip club" offer. Only drawback to it is when you're trying to order drinks for two sip club members, but this hassle is all in my head as far as I can tell, since you can technically just grab a cup. I'm just the pedantic sort who will put in an order for $0 at the kiosk because it feels like the right...

Service was fast but also TERRIBLE. The person who took my order was not able to answer a basic question about the menu and failed to ask me what side I wanted with my order (automatically gave me a baguette). She also could not give me a receipt as her machine "wasn't working." The panini I received was disgusting in appearance with half the toppings smeared off and 2 huge hacked off pieces of bulky chicken. The biggest mistake however was the fact that they forgot to put chicken on my GREEK CHICKEN SALAD. The order was "to go" so I didn't notice until I I got back to my building and of course I didn't have a receipt anyway. I can't believe I paid $10 plus for this. I won't be going back to...
