Preeti's Pitt LLC — Restaurant in Pittsburgh

I had to give Preeti Pitt a three star rating because of two staff. I don't have their names but it was my cousin and I first time to Preeti Pitt. I am not from Pittsburgh but it was really crowded and jammed where you needed to order drinks. When we did have the chance to order drinks we had little glasses. I noticed a lot of the other people who ordered drinks had big glasses. My cousin and I asked the bartender can we get a larger glass a bigger mixed drink and can she tell us what the drink is the other people had? Just for her to tell us and still give us smallee glasses of alcohol. We moved on to order food and we were given a number. We were at the end of the bar with the number on the bar table. After a good while we still didn't receive wings and fries. My cousin asked food prepper if he knew if they called number and food ready. He brings over food that had been sitting and said we needed to hold up the number. I don't know how we were suppose to hold number up with no stand it was a flat piece of laminated paper. They never came to end of bar and said our number because we would have heard him. He basically blamed us and didn't care to heat it up. We didn't give no problems just was ready to go but my cousin asked for ketchup because I forgot to order it. He told her it will be easier next time if she order everything upfront. Really!? The food was good though when I took it to leave and heated up wish I could have enjoyed it there though. The three stars came from good music and cool crowd. This establishment is starting to rub me the wrong way. I’ve been supporting for a while now & it’s always a mess every time I come. Long wait time for food because there’s no organization in the kitchen, Owners Attitude sucks, drinks are high priced for mediocre shots. I’ve waited 30 mins for 3 sides that were already premade. SMH. Also the paying system if you use a card & leave the tab open is very ghetto. They hold your card & put it in an envelope while they write your balance. It’s like the 1970’s. I try not to speak bad on black businesses because we already have it hard in this city. But the owner doesn’t seem to care how much we support. Not sure what’s wrong with the owner Preeti but her attitude is very Ugly!!! If you hate dealing with people you should hire some one more professional to handle the customers. & last, I agree with a review someone else left. It’s very dark, I think they should add more lights up for the older crowd that comes in. It’s very dangerous trying to maneuver around when it’s crowded. Overall I just want this business to do better. It need like a Whole New Revamp. & This is coming from someone with Business...

I got their food yesterday at the Italy Day over in Bloomfield and the line was ridiculous but i figured you can’t really go wrong with soul food but I was completely let down the prices for the 5 wing meal with 2 sides was suppose to be 20$ I got charged 22$ and mind you I bought 2 of them then I got the Lamb chops with 2 sides which was 30$ and I got charged 32$ mind you it was like they were trying to stretch the food cause the plates wasn’t even big especially for the prices and you barely got any meat on the chops more bone and fat than meat then I got charged 3$ for a tiny piece of corn bread smh all the food was disgusted and disappointing then I got charged 15$ and some change for a Tip for her which I only got it for 11$ smh all the way just Terrible Do Not Go Here For Soul Food all the food was Nasty and barely eatable it had me sick all morning they need to do better and if they are gonna charge people with them high prices then they should fill them plates way more than they did yesterday I will never eat from them again…….
